Always closed and never open during posted hours. It really makes you question the point of running a business if customers can’t rely on consistent service. If staffing is the issue, hiring adequate help would make a big difference
I get bubble tea here pretty often and it's delicious. The place is clean.

Love this specific location, I always go out of my way to stop at this location before I head out of the city, I like the fact that they use actual fruity teas in their fruit teas and not just powder. And the sweetness is always spot on
Friendly staff and can truly adjust sweetness- where 0% sugar tastes like unsweetened milk tea. Their snacks also taste good.
We ordered a mango smoothie and mango + pineapple smoothie and it tasted good!! Tasted so fresh. The store itself is small but cute designed.
The flavors are excellent, the ambiance is perfect for a quick drink, and the prices and staff are great! I can't wait to go again!
Drinks are fine in precious experience but this branch needs a lot of help with service. Placed an order, and a large group of students came in after school. proceeded to take literally 20 orders before making any drink. Then, when the staff started to make the drinks, they did not proceed in order of who ordered. Waited 30 min before just leaving without anything.
Favorite place for fresh fruit tea! Particularly fans of their citrus based teas like grapefruit green tea, fresh lemon(or lime) tea!
100% would recommend, the boba is nice and have a balance of everything. Literally obsessed considering I drank a lot of boba from different places but this one captured my heart

Got a hot milk black bubble tea and it was very disappointing. The drink was put in a microwave which made it only warm (not hot at all) and the milk black tea was very watered down. Will not be coming back and wouldn't recommend it to anyone getting hot milk tea.
DRINKS ARE DELICIOUS. MY FAVORITE IS THE PASSION FRUIT TEA.I FINALLY DECIDED TO TRY ONE OF THEIR RAMEN BOWLS TODAY AND WHAT A DISSAPOINTMENT THAT WAS. THE MARINATED EGG TATSTED LIKE ITS BEEN MARINATED FOR A FEW DAYS, THE BROTH DIDN'T LOOK LIKE THE ONE I ORDERED AND IT WAS BLAND. I'VE LITERALLY TASTED BETTER RAMEN THAT CAME FROM A PACKAGED BOWL THAN THIS. THE DIFFRENCE IS THIS RAMEN COMES WITH A $15 PRICE TAG, DONT THINK IT WAS WORTH IT AT ALL.
I ordered a cup of green tea with sea salt and milk cap, but there was no milk cap at all. After reminding the clerk, he added a large amount of unstirred cream. When reminded again, the clerk said this was standard practice. But in fact, the cream just floats on the milk tea and cannot be stirred at all. It has no taste at all and only has the bitter taste of tea. I have had this drink many times before at other TBaar branches and it is nothing like this. Very disappointed, hope other customers will take note and not have the same bad experience.
I ordered a Sea Salt Cream Green Tea, but they didn't add the cream at first. After I reminded them, they added a lump of unblended cream on top. When I asked about it, they told me this is how it's supposed to be. The cream just sat there, and it wouldn't mix at all, leaving no flavor—only the bitterness of the tea. I've had this drink many times at other TBaar locations, and it's never been like this. Very disappointing . I hope other customers take note to avoid a similar bad experience.

One of the best Boba-tea places in Boston.
Besides traditional option, they've got great tasting and refreshing (grapefruit) "mojitos" (non-alcoholic).
