This place has good quality tea and the location is beautiful. They really need more staff working here though. There was only one guy in the kitchen and no one at the register took a long time

The place is incredible slow, ordered a drinkat 5:19pm and its now 6pm and im still waiting. Everytimeyou ask a worker they just say that they'reworking on it. It wouldn't be worth going back.

Went in and it wasnât busy when I placed my order, got busier over time, but it took over half an hour to get a drink: they also promised a free drink coupon if a drink took over half an hour to receive and I wasnât given one. The drink I received also tasted really bland. Sad because this seemed like a cute spot.

Super cool tea spot- Tea by the Sea has some incredible Matcha. Cool, refreshing, and just hits the spot. The store itself is nestled within a community center but has all around amazing views of Downtown Boston. Overall, recommend a visit if youâre in East Boston and craving some quality tea.

Me and my wife had this for the first time. My wife got the Hawaii Tea absolutely horrible. I got the Peach, no peach taste whatsoever and very bland. First and last time we will go here.
Probably the worse boba tea Iâve ever had. Iâve been here a few times since Iâm from the area and I came to try Taro bubble tea and it was not mixed well tasted purely like whole milk and not Taro at all I never complain about drinks, but I had to go back and say something to see if they could do anything about it. But they wouldnât help me in any way or give me a refund and they truly could care less about the customer and care more about making the sale. I will definitely not be coming back here again. Worse customer service ever!
