Excellent customer service from Anthony and delicious drink.
I got the passion fruit orange oolong tea with boba. I love oolong tea so I've been searching out boba tea shops that have fruit flavored oolong specifically. It's less than you think. This tea was pretty good! It's not as good as my favorite place (chicha) but it's $2 cheaper for a bigger cup. I think the biggest thing that I love about chicha is the tea flavor is so heavy, maybe because they are fresh brewing every cup. You can really really taste the tea. At this Teazzi it's good but the tea flavor was not as strong. And it's just like most boba shops where it is pre-brewed in giant containers. It was a good amount of sweetness though and the passion fruit flavor was good although it wasn't fresh passion fruit or puree that I could tell.
The bobas were actually delicious, they were really sweet and generally cooked well. However every 10th or 20th one was really hard. I might be in the minority but I like it, it's like extra extra extra extra al dente. But I could see the average person not enjoying that. So they're boba stock is not super consistent.
All in all though it is one of the better ones I've had.
I ordered it because they offered a $7 cupon. I ended up paying around $4 por a tea, after the discount. I ordered strawberry milk tea with 30% sugar. It was incredible sweet and the tapioca bubbles were hard and some super soft. A bit disappointed with the whole experience. Also had to wait 20min for my order to be ready.
It wasn’t super busy, the server was super nice, and the strawberry oolong milk tea was great! It was my second time getting it and it was awesome both times.
House special milk tea🥰🥰
Oolong tea latte is also a perfect drink!!!
I would definitely try other drinks.

Tried Teazzi today and so far this is the only bubble tea place in Boston where the tea flavor is prominent! I really liked the Four Seasons, not as big a fan of the dark roast.
The location smells a little weird but there's a Beard Papa sharing the space which is a good combination.

Good customer services friendly staff..
I was surprised yet another bubble tea place was opening on Newbury, but I’m glad Teazzi is here. I enjoyed their house milk tea—oats in tea is genius.

Teazzi has some of the best milk teas in the Boston area! Not sure what’s up with alot of these negative reviews, but I’ve had a good experience at this location every time.

We arrived at 8:57pm on Thursday night(July 18). The server looked me into my eyes and told me they sold out everything. If that’s the truth, then the store have a huge problem in stock management. If that’s not true, then she was lying to not work within her work hours.

I was excited that Teazzi was opening another location since I love their signature oat drink.
Unfortunately I was not impressed by this location. They share a space with Beard Papa, making it a bit cramped. There's one kiosk for ordering and there was only one employee making drinks so expect to be patient. It's unclear where the ordering line should form and where people should wait for their drink. The seating area is small, so don't expect to comfortably sit with a big group. It seems they designed the space for the aesthetics without thinking of logistics.
I got the Taro Milk with Pudding and while it tasted good, I prefer their Chinatown location.
