A small, drink-only place, 1/2 flight upstairs on a Newbury St corner. I recommend using the two touch screen stations to order, as the help is typically already busy making their specialty drinks from prior orders - including from a big 3rd party delivery business. Chosing your tea can be a lot of fun, with many unusual choices and customization options. Definitely one of the better bubble tea spots on Newbury. Grapefruit green tea 50% sugar was a safe choice, and I would get it again. But the best grapefruit tea is at HeyTea. Then the Tie Guan Yin milk tea was decent, you could really taste the roasted tea, and the boba bad good texture. They advertised it as blue butterfly boba, but the drink is not blue at all. Pictures don't quite match up. The store is a bit tight, but it’s a safe choice for bubble tea. Not sure if...
