I had to repeat my order 5 times to the girl at the counter because everytime I was mid order she would stop listening to giggle with the cooks because they wouldn’t stop play fighting with her. She would then turn around and go “I’m sorry what was the order?” THEN I order a six count wing only to get home, open it and to my surprise realize it’s not six wings. It’s three wings cut in half. What a scam.

Very disrespectful, rude and ignorant to their customers. The driver cussed my 13 year old daughter out telling her she HAD to tip him for delivery and that they will never deliver again. They do not value their customers with their over priced food.

This is by no means a Michelin star restaurant, but it delivers the taste & quality you'd expect, with massive portion sizes at a very low price. Great for late night drunk food or a large, low-budget meal for when you're really hungry and/or trying to boost calories for a low price. Staff prioritizes efficiency over conversational "friendliness," which I appreciate. It's Boston, after all: if you wanted to have a fun conversation with the cashier, go to Trader Joe's.

Really good sushi but they forgot to make it for over 20 mins which caused me to miss an appointment afterwards. When I asked about it halfway through i was informed it would be ready in one min. Even with the good food I would not come back again for the hassle made. Make sure to order ahead if you ever get anything since ordering in person seems iffy.

They driver swore at my fiancé for not having an extra tip and even went as far as to try and hold our food hostage until he was tipped. I’m appalled and disgusted by this behavior and will absolutely never order here again!

If you deliver to Uber eats they will give your order to their delivery drivers so you waste your time time in their gross dirty restaurant. That what happened to me, I waited 30 minutes for a delivery only for the lady to say “someone took it” she was rude & explained nothing. Wasted my time & took money from me, never accept work here unless you like standing around & getting your money stolen by their lazy delivery workers.

Service - friendly & takes orders in a timely manner. Ambiance - tight/small space, usually has a lot of people inside. It hasn't been an issue whenever I go in. Food - delicious! Can't-go wrong with a quick pick me up meal. Super fulfilling. Drinks - good! Have to try their range of drinks Location - they have two locations but this one specifically is my favorite.

Been a customer of this establishment for over 10 years and every time I'm in the area in need of a take out, I'll come here. I am in love with their beef bowl and crab rolls (like Crab Rangoon but in spring roll form). Their chicken teriyaki bowl is amazing too. It's super addicting and makes you want more! A slight inconvenience is its wait time for take out. I guess it speaks to how busy this place can get.
