We had a server by the name of Mike. Group of 6 people arrived at 10:20pm on a Thursday.He came to our table 10min after we were seated. Told me if I sign up for the rewards would get free chips and free dessert at that visit. I filled out the form he gave me.NEVER GOT CHIPS, AND HE CHARGED ME FOR THE DESSERT.He brought our drinks 15min after we put the drinks order in, WE NEVER GOT REFILLS AS HE NEVER CIRCLED THROUGHFOR IT. He didn't even hand us the cups when he came with then, he brought is all to the side of the table and had us grab them ourselves basically.Our food didn't arrive until 12:10am. We noticed the time and asked if we can order dessert, at first he said the kitchen was closed but then allowed us to put the dessert order. He brought us the dessert, but didn't put it on the table, he handed the hot plate to the first person at the edge of the table for them to grab it. MIND YOU ITS A HOT PLATE!We never got REFILLS, were there for over 2hrs, mostly just waiting on things. I know the kitchen could've been backed up? So we were nice and patient, and even left a tip.I think it was a bad night for him, he looked like he saw dying to leave there!But the taste of the food was good and it was all hot when it arrived to out table.Parking: It is behind the store. Near the stop & shop entrance.

The atmosphere is very nice, the service was good but the food is never hot. My overall rating would be a three. But if you just want somewhere to go to hang out with family and friends and not care about if you're getting hot food this would be the place to go.

Is this a joke? Ordered the glaze burger with fries. This is what they gave us. Called them and they were so rude I almost lost my cool. You cannot be managing a franchise like TGI and to offer this nonsense. Boston has gone mad, people are seriously bored to work properly. I am definitely sending these to TGI management directly too. I don’t care ordering from a new place since these aren’t edible obviously and absolutely not freshly cooked, but I do care with a bunch of unprofessional lazy employees mocking people’ hard earned money as if we pay them 20 usd for this absolute garbage and then not even hearing an apology. Since you can’t apologize over the phone on a private manner, take the review and digest it, cause I can’t digest this thing you call a dish.

This location has gone downhill. The host was extremely rude. He tried to seat us at a dirty table. When I asked if the table could be wiped down he told us we would have to wait 15-20 minutes before he could seat us. He then proceeded to bring us back to the front of the restaurant instead of grabbing a rag and cleaning the table. While walking to the table I noticed multiple tables with dirty dishes. It was not busy during thw time we were there so this was confusing to me. Unfortunately it was getting late and we needed to eat so we stayed. Mike the server was good. He did his best despite being I think the only server on or possibly 1 of 2 servers on. The food was horrible and I almost ended up in the hospital because I made it clear I hhad a food allergy and I heard Mike make it clear to the kitchen yet they still sent out my food the wrong way. He went back & asked them to fix it the proper way and they refused. The manager never came over nor did they accommodate for the mistake. Mike kept apologizing but it wasn't his fault. The other food my party had was horrible. Most of it went uneaten because it was not made properly. Loaded potatoes only had cheese no bacon and tasted gritty powdery. Burger was severely overcooked and almost hard. Chicken sandwich was dry and no sauce on it as advertised. I will never return here again.
