A simple menu but everything we had was delicious. Service was excellent and the location is ideal for dinner before theater. Thanks!

Fabulous everything! The manager and hostess were friendly and welcoming. We were seated quickly. Service by J was great. Food was great. I had the beet salad and a lovely cocktail. I only wish that the menu was actually online. The link does not go to a menu, just a site explaining the location.

We LOVED the food here. SO glad we made this choice. We had an early supper but by the time we were finishing up it was filling up and the noise was not intrusive. Plenty of space between tables helped! Wish we had come back for breakfast as we ended up not having breakfast at our hotel due to staff blunders... Service here was above average. Thank you Gallery at W!

Wang center advertises that this restaurant gives a 15%discount for theater tickets shown Gallery at W did not honor that. They claimed they are not aware of this despite clear advertising about it. Seemed off to me.

Don't know if it was OpenTable or the restaurant, but it was closed and finishing up its last table on arrival. Very disappointed in the reservation system.

The overall experience was not a good one. We booked the gallery only to be told the day of that they had a buyout and moved us to the lounge. The food was okay bar food. This was a 25-year-anniversary date night out for dinner, followed by Shen Yun. The fact we had to be moved to the lounge left a poor overall experience. Would not recommend it

When we arrived they told us the restaurant was closed because they were understaffed. The kitchen was still open for the lounge. They found our reservation and decided to seat us anyway. We were able to sit in a nearly empty restaurant. Staff was great, really nice evening.

Zero stars for the service.
Made a reservation for 6:30pm on a night where there were two big shows at the Wang. There was no host at the desk when we arrived. Eventually someone (possibly the manager) arrived to the stand and the first thing they said was that it was an hour wait. I informed him that I had a reservation and they asked the name but didn’t check a list. We were sat without menus so I took the opportunity to go to the restroom. Still no menus when I returned so I asked a person that I guessed worked there but it was honestly hard to tell. 15 minutes went by and I had to flag someone down to ask to place an order. Finally the server came to the table and we ordered our drinks, app and meals all at once. The drinks and food came out timely but then it got rough again. Had to flag someone down to order another drink. Eventually the drink came out and asked for the check so we could go to the show. It took nearly 15 minutes to get the check and then another 10 minutes for someone to run the card.
A few drinks, an app and two burgers took 2.5 hours and cost nearly $150.

Food was good but service was slow at the end. Got chicken sliders, steak tips, truffle pizza and truffle fries. Got very busy and seemed to be only one server and other employees helping out as needed.

Our servers were wonderful as we had a strict time frame (heading to a show at the Boch Center). They made sure that we received our drinks, appetizers and meals promptly - and never felt rushed. The food was yummy. It was a bit on the pricier side - but spending quality time with my Mom made it worth it. For context - 2 clam chowders, 2 lobster rolls, 2 wines, tax and tip - came in at $180. But I would absolutely head back there again.

Sub-par food quality for the price. I get it, it's a hotel restaurant — but a side of bacon was $9 and it was literally paper-thin microwaved pieces. Unreal.

Uninspired. Mediocre food. Mediocre wine list. Staff is kind and tries hard but seems lost.
