We came on the recommendation of the concierge at our hotel down the way. We are looking for a quick delicious lunch to start off our trip to Boston. We ordered the Calamari Platter and A side of black pasta aglio olio style. Everything was excellent! The calamari salad was a favorite and the pasta knocked our socks off! Highly recommend

Me and my family had an amazing time dining here just a couple nights ago, it was pur first time visiting. Topanga was our server. Everything came out fantastic, the food was incredible. I would definitely recommend this place, and can't wait to come back next time we're in Boston!

Great food in a pleasant setting. Our group had baked haddock, baked swordfish, monkfish marsala, shrimp w/ black pasta, chowder and salad, fish & chips. Everyone liked their meal.

We visited this restaurant while on an out-of-town trip for my 40th birthday today. From the minute we entered to the minute we left, the staff were impeccable. At one point I asked them for a white wine with my dish and they brought me two to sample and allowed me to choose. When the meal was finished and I said I did not want dessert they surprised me with a blood orange limoncello drink and a candle for my birthday. What an amazing experience!!

The first thing I would like to address in this review is that I did dine on a Saturday night at peak dinner time, so it was very busy and noisy (totally expected). The food was also very wonderful and reasonable priced for the portions and quality. However, the service from our waiter left a lot to be desired. The whole night it seemed like he was annoyed we were sat at his table. He did not check on us once to make sure the food was coming out okay. We had to flag him down for the desert menu and when delivering my boyfriend’s drink he slammed it down on the table along with the desert menu. There was an incident at the table next to us where glass shattered and some of it got on our table and our waiter did not come check if everything was okay. Luckily one of the ladies bussing tables was soooo on it. She changed out everything on our table and checked with us multiple times to make sure there was no glass. Finally, the table sitting next to us seemed to have the exact opposite service experience (doted on by our server and staff). As someone who has worked in the restaurant business you should strive to make sure all your customers feel taken care of not just one!

I loved the intimate atmosphere and its proximity to the Wharf. I stumbled upon this place by accident after a long walk from the old bay. The service was excellent—attentive and quick without being intrusive. The food was rich and fresh, with the black linguini standing out, and we also ordered the lobster pan with a whole lobster and pasta. Honestly, I wish D.C. had food like this. It was pricey (it is Boston), but absolutely worth it.

Appetizer portions were a little smaller than what I had expected, but an overall great experience

I've been here at least ten times, and I've never been disappointed. It's always easy to get into, and the location is unbeatable.

I was so excited to finally try this new location of the Daily Catch. I grew up in Boston and have gone to he original many times over the years. It was always considered one of the best places for an authentic, fresh seafood meal, with a stellar reputation. Because of that, I really thought I'd love the reinvented Atlantic Ave. version. Unfortunately, it was a tremendous disappointment. It really kills me to say that. The ambiance was amazing, I'll give it that. Such a unique, warm, welcoming environment. We sat outside in October on a brisk night and the outdoor heaters did a fantastic job keeping us comfortable. The lights and decor were beautiful - a perfect spot for a romantic meal. But that's where the accolades end. The food was so bad. The pasta dish my wife ordered tasted like bitter burnt garlic, as did my clams appetizer. Not to mention the clams were sandy. I had to send them back and when they brought me a new order, they were just as bad. Like crunching in my teeth sandy - that bad. The broth was even dark and dirty looking. For a restaurant that has prided itself on simple seafood excellence, I was baffled by this oversight. Rinse and put your clams in a cornmeal bath to filter out the sand - this is fundamental, isn't it? Also, the waiter we started with didn't return after we complained (very politely, btw), which was so odd. The new waiter we got took the clams appetizer off the bill which was very appreciated, but the fact that the first one just ghosted us left a bad taste in our mouths. It maybe that was just the burnt garlic. Either way, I really wanted to love this place but can't recommend it.

It is a beautiful establishment that offers fine dining and love! From the waiters to the owner, They're amazing people!!! The food is delicious. The oysters are phenomenal and I've never had swordfish but it was breathtaking. And the cannolis with a light lemon and pistachio gave it a certain je ne sais quo! Beautiful Establishment! You won't be disappointed!!

We had dinner here while on vacation. We ate on the patio, we couldn't have asked for better atmosphere! Great service, and outstanding weather. We started with the Oysters Rockefeller, they were very flavorful, a great choice on our part! I ordered the Scallops with tomato sauce. It was very flavorful, however, it was prepared with a tad more olive oil than I prefer. I've included a photo for reference. My wife ordered the black pasta, as she had never had squid ink pasta before. She enjoyed the pasta.

Nothing special about this restaurant but the waterfront location which is nice.
When it gets to the food, it is average. No thrill.
I had taken pasta alle vongole in a white sauce. Big clams when compared to those you would find in the same dish in Italy.
It was tasty.
