It’s hard to give a proper review of this place. It’s a dive. Cheap beers, greasy foods, bad bathrooms. You walk in and immediately are hit with the smell of mold and urine. It’s not pleasant, and seems to be radiating from the men’s bathroom. There was a dead fly pasted on the wall of the bathroom the last time I was in. Popped in randomly last night because this seemed to be the only place in Allston with a parking spot nearby.. I was a little skeptical at first because no one seemed to have any food on their tables, just drinks. The place wasn’t very wheelchair accessible as there’s a step to get in, was a little dark and a little loud, but that’s my kind of vibe. Best door man ever. Dude was getting the entire bar hyped listening to high school musical 2. That takes a certain type of hypeman. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it smelled like a 4 year old piece of cheese in this place. Being from Wisconsin, an afficionado of cheese, I can appreciate a good cheese smell but not from a bar. Will definitely be back cheese smell and all.
