This place was electric when it first opened, it took 30 minutes to just order a drink and the hostess was extremely rude. She definitely did not want to be there. The food came out and my fish and chips had a pound of garlic powder it was white.

We made reservations before a game and was charged a “experience fee”, which I thought was going to be applied to our bill. No such luck! It's just a way to rip off guests on top of your food/drink bill. Crowded, noisy and service felt like I was at a cafeteria. Condiments forgotten, water wasn't refilled...yeah, I paid for an experience, just a poor one.

Excellant burgers and amazing pretzels! It is a great spot to get in the mood for a game or concert! Lots going on, you can hear the person next to you but not across from you.

The food was awful, my appetiser was stone cold but the server disappeared so couldn't tell him, we had to ask for cutlery and napkin. The service was so slow and the server did not smile once

Great bar for watching sports because of the large TVs. On a different note, service was one of the worst I ever experienced (water refills, menu / drinks knowledge, and timely taking plates away). IPAs were good but cocktails were very poorly made, super chemical. Food was alright.

I purchased the guaranteed seating for $100 and they included a 15% tip. Then they sat me by a pole so my table for 4 could really seat 3. I brought this up as there were other open tables and was told that they couldn't move us. This was followed up with slow service and sub par food. Horrible experience to what was once my favorite spot to go to before a game.

Soda was out of carbonation, I was told that it is what it is and they will all be like that. Waitress came over to take my order and give me the check never came back. Had to stop other staff to complain

Been here multiple times but this visit was different. Food prep was cold and burnt fries, steak came out cold. Drink service was horrible and took forever to get a refill. Paying a premium for an “experience” is not worth it when you have a visit such as that. Will not return after a dozen visits they lost my business.
