I have been eating halal guys for past 7-8 years and I have never been that disappointed by service provided ever. I went to halal guys in Boston that is open until 12AM. It was first night of Ramadan and I drove from 2 hours away to get it. By the time I got there it was 11:20 and I could see that they had plenty of chicken as I don't eat any other meat. I get to the counter to order chicken platter with rice and I was told by two girls with head scarfs working there that I came so late and that there is no chicken left. ( I am also Muslim and I am not trying to disrespect any one) I told them there is enough chicken I see it. She told me that this was for her. After insisting and telling her that I drove from far she gave me half serving of chicken from what I usually get and still charged me full price for it. She was acting in a way that I felt like I was begging for food. This is not a professional behavior. I will never step foot in that location ever and would not recommend anyone else either. The best one is on Stuart Street and they are very professional.

This is the best experience I've had at a restaurant in a while. It's snowing like crazy and it's freezing outside where I've been working all morning my brother surprised me and had me meet him here for my birthday and I've never been here before. First Juan Carlo was very hospitable and gracious with his greeting and said it your cold and not getting food you can just warm up but we were going to dine so we ordered and Juan Carlo made feel special and great on my birthday they made this a birthday to remember I would tell anyone I know and I will that this location is one of a kind and you should definitely come for the experience and the food is amazing as well!! Thanks so much Juan Carlo and Sterling I will be coming back just for you guys. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I would give 10 stars but the review only allows 5!! So I'll do it here!! 🙏😄🙏

They are clearly putting less meat and other ingredients compared to other Halal Guys locations. Definitely don't eat at this place and get ripped off. They hardly put any beef in it.

I found a very long & curly hair in my platter. It was absolutely DISGUSTING to pull out of my food. I tossed the platter immediately because who knows what else they contaminated if their workers do not wear hair nets while creating orders!!
