We asked four times with four different people for the DJ to play a song; he didn’t play our song for over an hour despite there being no one on the dance floor. Once he finally played our song, We requested a second song (still no people on the dance floor) to which he stated I will play it later. He never did. I would not come here again
Had a pretty poor experience when visiting here prior to attending a concert. Everything started off with our waitress being so soft spoken we could barely hear her, followed by an awkward miscommunication with her asking us one question then us replying thinking she asked something else only for her to then walk away looking confused and without asking for clarification or taking our initial drink order. She also had an ear bud in one ear the entire time while serving us which must have led to her not hearing what burger I wanted. Not only did I get the wrong burger, but my Fiancés burger that was supposed to be medium rare looked like it had barely touched the grill because the entire inside was pink and center was luke warm.
The buffalo wings were decent but all other food was either wrong or inedible. It also seemed like things took quite some time to come out, even though it wasn’t that busy. Most annoying was the poor service from our preoccupied waitress who didn’t seem to care about our experience or her job. Can’t recommend coming here and we definitely won’t be back.
Edit: Brought my review up to an overall rating of 3 instead of 2. The prompt, professional, and attentive response from the owner is refreshing to see. Addressing concerns such as this is refreshing and shows that they want what’s best for the business and their customers.
The Harp has been a long time Pre or Post game stop or meeting place for us when going to a Bruins game at the Garden. 3 bars to choose from on two levels. Typically, it is a very busy and lively crowd. Have never eaten here, but a great spot to enjoy a couple drinks...
Lively atmosphere with excellent service and good food!
Great bar really friendly
My son and I go here before Celtics and Bruins games ....it's always been a good experience..I highly recommend the steak and cheese sandwich

Yesterday I went to the harp as I always do before a bruins game. I understand it’s busy before a game but being seated and waiting 25 mins for anyone to walk up to our table is not ok. Our waitress favorited the 4 tables up against the wall downstairs and would just walk right by us. When it was time to order we told the waitress that everything we are getting will be gluten free. She replied back with “nothing on this menu is gluten free since it’s all cross contaminated”. I was very shocked to hear that since the menu says a lot of stuff can be substituted for gluten free options. Why put gluten free on your menu if you can’t even get it like that. Not to mention the manager didn’t even come bring our food to us knowing there was an allergy. I’ve seen this place packed 10x more during a game than yesterday. If you are gluten free stay far away

I review a lot of places in Boston, especially the night life. First time in was decent. A few beers, aluminum bottles no draft bud light, ehhh. Steak and cheese grinder was ok at 18 bux. Second time in tjey got us right in on busy night. Waitress was ok and good was ok. I may go back but not really impressed.

Buffalo Bills Backer Bar. Just had a burger and beers for the game. The burger was good enough but I can't comment on the rest of their menu.

Go for: American fare and beers in a multi-level sports bar right across the street from TD Garden.
Avoid if: You're looking for a bar with connection to historical Boston.
Something surprising: They have done well enough to open another full service location at Gillette Stadium.
Reservation needed? Only on gamedays.
Overall . While it lacks some of the charm of other bars, this is a well-run operation. Totally surprised at how great the experience here was. Seated by the open-air street side, you get the ambience of a busy part of the city while still being indoors. The service was fast, accurate, and attentive - among the best service experiences in a large sports bar. All of the food was good, and they have a ton of beer taps. A solid option if you're in the neighborhood for a game or other event at the Garden.

Tiffany is amazing. Made us feel welcome, had great local recommendations and made a fantastic beverage. Coming back just for her!!
The food was fantastic, as were the drinks. We attended on a monday and a saturday, both days were enjoyable for us.
