I come to Boston once a month. When I do I make sure to come to the Hill Tavern for lunch every time. Highly recommend the carnitas tacos. As well as their chili. I highly recommend if your in the area to try this place out

Seems like a nice kind of quiet place to go and have some drinks. Not being a drinker we were there just for the food.

Starter: we got Nachose. They upcharge $6 for meat on the nachos so we went with the cheap option as it was just an appetizer and we didn’t want to spend $20 on an appetizer at a bar. There was nothing bad about them. Nothing great about them. Chips, salsa (tasted a little better than what you would buy in a jar), guacamole (pretty good),...

I have visited this lovely place twice after attending concerts in the area. Its small, Bostony, and not pushy. The staff is friendly genuine. And Funny! The pork nachos are delicious and theres enough to get stuffed on. I will return.
