NOT REAL JUICE!! They have fresh oranges on a shelf to make you think they are used to make the “fresh squeezed orange juice” but they actually give you a nasty mix from concentrate. The fruit smoothies taste like chemical flavoring. Total rip off.

I ordered a orange serbert and strawberry smoothie and a cup of fruit when visiting. The smoothie was amazing, dare I say one of the best I've had. The only thing that keeps it from 5 stars was the cup of fruit that I got was all bad. Despite that, I will be coming back to visit.

Got the orange juice that was “fresh, freshly squeezed”. They gave me a cup with water and orange juice concentrate, with an orange wedge in it. This is just boxer juice up-charged and put in a cup.

sooo good!! the guy even gave my dad a little cup with the leftovers from mine everyone is very nice there highly recommend. for the idiots complaining about it being “expensive “ i don’t recommend you step foot in fanieul hall then because if you look around everything is more expensive. little tourists thinking they know the place ?
I asked for one of their 12oz mixed frappes which totaled to $10 with tax. After tasting myself and asking a friend to taste, we concluded they had just ground up raspberries with ice. I went up to the counter to let them know it didn't taste as advertised and asked very politely if I could get it remade or get something different. A "manager" was brought over and I explained the situation again. She said something around the lines of, "If we give you a new one then everyone is going ask for a new one so we can't do that." I did not bother trying to argue with her as she was already delusional in thinking what I paid for cost more than 50 cents to make in the first place. I really wish I would've looked at reviews before coming here. There are plenty of other FRESH smoothie bars within the same building that you should give your business to!

The açaí bowl was a huge disappointment. Price is 20-30% higher than other spots, they only include 4 toppings. The size is half of what you get anywhere else, looked like they served it on the lid of the typical plastic bow. To top it, it’s not fresh, they have it frozen so it was a block of açaí ice.

I was in Boston for the first time from Thursday to Sunday and got a smoothie from here everyday lol. So refreshing and delicious. Strawberry sunrise and some other ones we got were all so good!
