Ordered both a smoothie and a non-diary frappe and both were really delicious. The smoothie consisted of mango, melon & lemon sorbet & it was a 10/10. Shocked at the low rating here.

Visiting here with family. Got a tropical blast smoothie, which I wanted to sample before making it (they said they give samples) Arturo took care of us and was super kind!. He got wrapped up and made the smoothie before the sample. After I tried my smoothie I did not like it — asked if I could change it. Arturo’s manager came over and told me no he could not make me another, even if I didn’t like it. I then proceeded to ask for a refund. Arturo made me a new smoothie which was delicious but told me that he was going to “pay” for it. I wanted further explanation because I didn’t know what he meant. He then proceeded to tell me that because it was his mistake they will dock it from his pay or he’d pay with it with his own money. I cannot even wrap my head around a business that will not accommodate changing something you didn’t like let alone deducting it from your workers pay!!! Absolutely insane!!! That is NOT how you run a business. The manager could literally careless and it showed. There were three people behind ready to order and literally walked away once they seen the interaction. Arturo did everything possible to make sure I left happy, he deserves another job where they appreciate him. Thank you for your customer service Arturo but we will simply not be back.

Quite surprised how this place has 2.8 stars. From deeper research I see a lot of negative reviews from a year ago to 7 years ago.
Having been here quite recently, we tried their newest Colada twist and the blueberry mango smoothie. It was quite refreshing considering it was sweltering hot outside Faneuil Hall. They were giving out free samples which is a great way of attracting crowds in a busy market. Definitely a great option if you’re looking for something cold to drink while you’re there.

I am honestly not sure why this place has a 2.8 star rating at the time of writing this. Some people said it is not fresh but when i went i saw it getting poured from the blender, and ice chunks were in the drink. This place was pretty solid, but not crazy

Colada twist was great!
I loved the flavor and the presentation with the coconut and pineapple around the sides. It tasted great and the texture was just right too.
Service was a little slow and the area is pretty touristy. The drink was a little on the pricey side but I don’t mind because it tasted great.

Should have read the review before I bought the orange juice; the lady was given out samples. It tasted fresh, but I was in the mood for orange juice. After the first sip, realized that it’s not fresh. They shouldn’t have sold not fresh juice

$8 for a watermelon cup that was absolutely not fresh. The watermelon was broken down and awful. It was offensive. The strawberry smoothie tasted good though and was quickly made.

NOT REAL JUICE!! They have fresh oranges on a shelf to make you think they are used to make the “fresh squeezed orange juice” but they actually give you a nasty mix from concentrate. The fruit smoothies taste like chemical flavoring. Total rip off.

I ordered a orange serbert and strawberry smoothie and a cup of fruit when visiting. The smoothie was amazing, dare I say one of the best I've had. The only thing that keeps it from 5 stars was the cup of fruit that I got was all bad. Despite that, I will be coming back to visit.
