Excellent food, great service and price was reasonable for the top quality food. Enrique was a terrific waiter with humor. Great experience. Ambiance nice.
The food was delicious and the waiters were attentive. If you are in the mood for a high level seafood dinner the Oceanaire is a great choice. A little pricy, but worth it.
Jesus was our server for our party of 8! He was superb. Very patient, very friendly and very efficient. All of our apps and entrees were exceptional!
High quality delicious seafood with excellent service and a cool old bank building atmosphere.
I read the reviews before going which were mixed. We had a great experience. The service and food were exceptional. The ambiance was amazing. It's expensive but worth it for a nice evening out.
The lobster bisque served was lukewarm, and the second round was of the same temperature. The restaurant promptly removed the dish from the bill. The remainder of the meal consisted of lukewarm fare. Subsequently, the coffee was served lukewarm and warm. Despite the lukewarm temperatures of the food, the service was exceptional. This was my second visit to the restaurant from South Carolina, and I was not particularly pleased with the food temperature.
Our reservation was set 5:30 p.m. we arrived a little early and were seated promptly. THe restaurant was not crowded at all, only a few tables were occupied. We ordered a glass of wine and waited a little while for it to arrive. Within ordered our dinner and my husband had an appetizer let me crab cake and I ordered a Caesar salad for us to share. We waited a while for it to arrive and it was very tasty. More guests were starting to arrive and a large group of ladies were seated in the back room. Just before 7:00 p.m. after waiting for an hour I asked the maitre d what was happening with our dinner food. Our waiter came over and said there was a large groups of people had arrived and I explained that I was here before they were and I still haven't received my dinner. They expedited our order and my husband's Seafood dish arrived along with our side dish of hash browns potatoes along with my filet mignon. My steak was overcooked and I requested to have it replaced. Katie was very gracious and was able to compensate us for our inconvenience. I would recommend this restaurant as the food was very good. I do not know where the confusion came in our order. We were celebrating my husband's birthday and they did give us a complimentary dessert for him.

Pretty dining room with outstanding menu of fresh fish, lobster and steaks. Good service. Maybe a little slow. Dining room half full at 8pm on Saturday. Hmmm.
Service was fine. My partners liked their steak I had the stuffed haddock and was expecting something with a better piece of fish being downtown Boston and all.
Beautiful place and ambiance. Food and drinks were excellent! Get the crab cakes for a starter! Best I've ever had! Ceasar salad was awesome too!
Pretty dining room with good mix on the menu (lobster, fish, steak). Service was friendly but slow. Nice baked Alaska for our anniversary
Super!!!! That is the only way I can describe the meal we had at Oceanaire. Fortunately, Big Louie was our server and he is awesome. We have dined here before and always ask for Big Louie to help us have an outstanding experience and he always delivers! The beet and goat cheese salad is huge and delicious. I had the line caught Copper River Salmon and it was a treat. Linda had Branzino and it was superb.
