As always, we had a wonderful dinner and night at the Palm Boston. Excellent cocktails and appetizers to start, followed by delicious steaks - and 1 chicken parmigiana- with warm/understated ambiance. Thank you to Manager Corey & staff for a wonderful New Year's Eve!

my filet mignon made me ill. on the first bite the flavor was off. i fell ill last night and had a small diarhea from the meat. I felt ill trying to get to sleep and my bed sheet showed diarhea. i did n ot get much sympathy where the server complained that i just needed to eat the meet in the center instead of the edge. my phone number is: 6175043589 richard michaud

We love this restaurant and have been here multiple times for special occasions - Christmas, family birthdays, etc. This occasion was extra special as we managed to get my 90+ year old parents, my brother who was in town briefly and my 4-year old son - all out for a nice dinner together for the first time. The restaurant was accommodating and the staff were well-equipped and trained to support such a group, helping my dad get comfortable at the table in his wheelchair and surprising my son with crayons and a few pages to color in (and later on with a spontaneous opportunity to see a massive lobster up close!) Our server was patient and kind, not rushing us at all with our orders when we were indecisive, and checking in periodically to see if we needed anything else. The food - superb. We had the rib-eye, wagyu beef, branzino and sea bass for main courses and as appetizers, the caesar salad (which was sensational), the calamari that are always delicious here and the bacon - also great. Desserts here are divine and massive - we had the tiramisu that was heavenly, chocolate cake, special donuts and the best key lime pie that in retrospect, we should have ordered two! The prices are very high and have gone up in the past few years (we spent about $450 for the 4 of us + 1 small kid), without any alcoholic drinks (just 2 cokes), but for such a special occasion we felt it was worth it. We will be back hopefully next year, and a huge thank you to the restaurant!

We enjoy The Palm on Christmas Eve. Consistently good food and a festive atmosphere. The fried calamari appetizer is a highlight.

Best steaks in Boston!! The atmosphere is incredible. We loved our server John was very kind. He knew all about the history of the Palm. It was like we had our own personal historian tableside with us. We came from the west coast but we will be back to this incredible Boston steak house.

Server was cold and absent. Food was good but not great like it should be for the price paid. With so many other options, avoid this one.

Mixed bag. First, the good. The salad and potatoes were excellent. The restaurant is beautiful. The manager was very professional and reasonable. The waitress was pleasant. Now, the bad. Wife's steak was rubber and inedible. Mine was ok but only passable. The waitress must have been a trainee since she knew absolutely nothing about the menu or how to serve a table. The manager did take it off the bill which I appreciate, which is the only reason I would give them a second chance. Overall, disappointing experience for the money, and they have to invest in retaining better talent or training from within.

Aside from no parking my wife and daughter waited 10 minutes before hostess seated them. We awaited over 15 minutes at our table and finally left without eating. I would never go back.

Absolutely beautiful interior. Vaulted ceilings and every attention to detail. The environment makes you feel like you're in a truly special place.

Palm steaks are always among the best any high-end steakhouse has to offer.

Our only wish is that they offered more allocated bourbon. The whiskey choices were fairly muted.

When visiting Boston, we will definitely be back at this beautiful restaurant.

Dining at The Palm Restaurant was a genuinely perfect experience. Everything from the ambiance to the incredible service was five-star. We treated ourselves to a few appetizers, and they were all outstanding: the Thick-Cut Steakhouse Bacon was rich and smoky, the Crab Cakes were wonderfully fresh, and the Meatballs were classic comfort food. For the main courses, I was thrilled with the Lamb T-Bones, which were cooked to absolute perfection. My sisters raved about their Bone-In Ribeye (the 'Bone-in' is implied by 'Beenman Ranch' style), noting the exceptional quality and flavor. What truly elevated our dinner was the impeccable service provided by our server, a highly professional and excellent woman. She was incredibly knowledgeable about every dish, effortlessly guiding us through the menu and making us feel completely taken care of. Her attention to detail and genuine warmth were world-class. Thank you, The Palm, for a magnificent evening. Please extend our deepest appreciation to the wonderful, knowledgeable server who made our night so special.

I believe I had a uniquely bad experience. I went for a work dinner and ordered a nice steak mid rare. The steak came out well done, and I asked if it could be remade. They brought out the second steak after everyone was done eating and ready to leave, and the 2nd steak was cold and completely raw in the middle. The fat wasn't rendered at all so it was inedible. They didn't make us pay for it thankfully, but the urgency and care didn't seem to be there as I would expect with a restaurant at that price point.

The service was phenomenal, but the food was not as good as I remembered. 3 of us ordered the blue cheese wedge salad with fillet tips and asked for them to be cooked medium. 2 out of 3 arrived well done and the salad was not wedge style, but finely chopped lettuce with a very watery blue cheese dressing that was almost clear. Very disappointing.
