I have been to the Palm a few times for lunch and dinner recently, and I have to comment how incredible the General Manger is. He is so knowledgable and his floor presence is second to none. Additionally the service was attentive, but did not rush our group. I got a steak and it may have been one of the best I have had. The quality and cook were perfection. I will definitely be coming back!

Amazing as always. Great food, incredible service. Drinks were delicious and the wine was awesome (Pinot noir). Steaks were perfectly cooked. One thing I was hoping for but was disappointed: No gluten free deserts. One problem,: the address in OpenTable is incorrect and we went to the wrong place. Please correct this!

You can order from the menu or the staff is happy to suggest specials and also make alterations to the specials to suite your cravings. You can't go wrong with seafood in Boston and their preparation of it makes sure you're just enjoying your food and not fighting it. Family-style menu makes it easy to get a ton of variety and split side dishes. This was probably the first time my steak was actually cooked medium rare. Delicious!

What a Sunday Brunch at the Palm Boston! The staff was so warm and welcoming. Julie the bartender was just a beautiful person who makes you feel special and at home. Moreover the rest of the staff all reached out to make a connection. Even the chef came out of the kicthen to top off our pancakes with real whipped cream. Oh, and the blueberry pancakes were the best we ever had, they had a crispness to the edges but were perfectly cooked and moist on the inside. The mini meatball app was amazing ...reminded me of Sunday morning at Grandma's. Crab cake eggs benedict phenomenal. Lobster rolls yum! Whipped ricotta with brandied peaches WOW! Oh we ate...there is more but I think you get the idea..we love this place, the food the staff and please indulge and go for brunch. And say hello to one of the finest and nicest bartenders you will ever meet Julie.

The chicken parm is amazing! Great steaks, wonderful meatballs. The space is truly impressive with very high ceilings and marble columns and giant windows. Lively after work vibe at the bar, too! See Julie and Jared at the bar, Johnny and Juan in the dining room!

Wowzers! I went here for the brunch and it blew my pants off! Must get the crabcake benedict and adult coffee, one of my new favorite brunch spots in the city. This definitely gets a 5 out of 5 on the BOOM meter!
Exceptional, fine dining, delicious! It gets no better than this place. The food is exceptional. The service is TOP NOTCH. If you want to dine in an establishment that serves fine dining in every way, this is the place.

Had high expectations, old location in Copley was terrific and had many dinners there over the years. So was eager to check this kind of oddly located Palm. No valet parking. Temp in restaurant was like 60 degrees, the AC was cranking tonight. Wild place I loved it. Ceiling height is incredible and place is vibing. Service was great , except a little too attentive and over the top persistent. Interrupting super often . Had the shrimp garlic pasta, very good. Also had a 3lb stuffed lobster, very good too. But, food took close to an hour, got full of wine and bread, not much room for lobster. Dam! Nice Pinot Noir by the glass, but pricey. Fun place, definitely worth trying.

We went for my mom's birthday and the food was amazing! Great service! The sea bass melted in your mouth. We loved every bit of it from the apps to the desserts. Definitely recommend!
