All was great until the waitstaff went into shutdown mode and started to clean up to go home. It was only 9:30 pm and we felt we were in the way, so we left with wine and food unfinished.

Had a great experience at The Palm, we ordered the bone in ribeye, large lobster tail, shrimp cocktail, bacon slab, oysters, corn cacio e Pepe, and broccolini, with key lime pie for dessert. Everything was top notch and we will definitely be returning! Aether was our server and she was very attentive and even comped our lobster tail for us as the first one was too overdone, but the second came out perfectly steamed! That was really great customer service and we appreciated her doing that. Another thing we really appreciated was that they found us a great alternative when they unfortunately were out of the Riesling, we liked the suggestion so much we ended up getting the entire bottle! Thanks again to all the team at The Palm!

Great venue and good food, private rooms and dining are great, I’d note there’s an indoor outdoor patio situation and the heating can be noisy if the temps are cold.

What elevates the experience even further is the impeccable customer service. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by Ariel the host with a beaming smile that sets the tone for the evening. Our server Jaelynn was incredibly sweet, attentive, and made us feel right at home. Even the manager Steven took the time to stop by our table to ensure everything was perfect—an appreciated touch that shows their dedication to excellence.
Highly, highly recommend this gem of a restaurant. Whether it’s your first visit or your fifth, you’re in for something special.

We have eating at the palm over 20 times. It is always one of our favorite. Last night was the first off night we have experienced. They didn't have oysters, calamari, and another appetizer available. The seared tuna had no seasoning. The steaks were great as normal.
I went to the Palm for Mother's Day brunch. The host and the staff were super friendly . They brought my mom roses and complementary chocolate The food was ok but the service was very good. Overall we had a good experience

Very disappointing experience. On a Saturday night, the restaurant was half-full, so not energetic/happening. The service was slow, but most importantly, our steaks came out lukewarm at best. They had to have been sitting around for at least 15 minutes before being served to us. My steak was almost well-down when i ordered it medium, and all the other steaks were medium rare at best when ordered medium. We told the waiter about the issues, and the response was "oh well". Not what i would expect anywhere. They didn't comp any meals or offer anything. I would NOT recommend this restaurant.

I have been to the Palm a few times for lunch and dinner recently, and I have to comment how incredible the General Manger is. He is so knowledgable and his floor presence is second to none. Additionally the service was attentive, but did not rush our group. I got a steak and it may have been one of the best I have had. The quality and cook were perfection. I will definitely be coming back!
