We went on a busy weekday night and the place was busy. The table are jammed together, making it quite a challenge to get to your seat and have room to sit in your chair. The menu has a lot of vegetarian choices and also has burgers and other pub type fare. We ordered the warm winter salad, and I could not find much shaved brussel sprouts in it, but lots of nuts. The Buddha bowl was just OK as well. The waitress was super friendly and attentive. The prices are reasonable for Beacon Hill.
terrible service the female manager is a racist! she made the visit to this restaurant horrible. treated black people like subhuman.
Cosy surroundings with delicious food & excellent service - finally got together with neighbours & we got to chat over espresso martinis & a glass of wine in a lovely calm atmosphere with great choices from the fall menu - specials looked great too however we stuck to the main menu & loved everything- Karen our server was so attentive- we will be back soon 🙏🏻🍁🙏🏻 The new decor is beautiful & the willow trees on the wall are so pretty.
Ordered a $19 dollar corned beef hash breakfast (it also came with 2 over easy eggs that I already ate in the pic) and it seemed like it was more “hash sprinkled with corned beef flakes.” It was decent, but I was left disappointed. It almost qualified as a vegetarian menu option. Luckily I ordered 3 sausage links for 6 dollars on the side. Should have gone with the half the price breakfast sandwich that was guaranteed to come with meat.

Food was yummy and such a variety! Professional staff! And nice fast turnover- order to food on the table! No waiting on Halloween! Lucky Us! Yummy!!
Such a wonderful place to start the morning before exploring the Freedom Trail! The breakfast choices are fresh and satisfying, and everything we ordered tasted amazing. We liked it so much that we came back again during our trip and were just as impressed the second time.

Our last day in Boston and we decided to walk through the amazing Halloween decorations around Beacon Hill and then stopped by the Paramount. The staff couldn’t be less interested - trying to catch their attention was so difficult - ironically the only thing they brought without being asked was the bill! For someone from the UK to say the service was bad says a lot. In all fairness though, the food was really good. I told the waiter it was the worst service we’d had in our 9 days in Boston and I got a shoulder shrug - needless to say, I left no tip which I’d not done once during our trip. Really disappointing final experience in Boston
Very good overall. I stopped in for a late breakfast and was met with quick, friendly service and a relaxed atmosphere. I ordered the Huevos Rancheros, and liked them as it was exactly as expected. The staff kept everything moving efficiently without making it feel rushed.
There was plenty of indoor seating, and the outdoor tables looked like a great option on a nicer day. It was raining when I visited, but the cozy vibe inside made up for it. The space has a casual, diner-style feel that still fits in well with the Beacon Hill and Back Bay neighborhoods. It is clean, classic, and welcoming.
This spot has a good reputation for breakfast and brunch, and I can see why. It is not fancy, but it is consistent, dependable, and perfect for casual meals. I would come back any time, whether solo or meeting a friend. It is definitely worth a visit if you are in the area.

One of the worst meals of my life. Crap food with service to match. I have no idea why this place is so highly rated.

The food is amazing here, like truly so delicious. The service is kinda typical of Boston, a little rude or short but nothing out of the norm. Quick easy in and out, I’d come again daily if my weight could handle it. The cinnamon French toast is so so good.
We ordered pancakes and a standard egg and potatoe breakfast. The pancakes were decent, however the eggs and potatoes basically had no flavor. Also, even though soft drinks are cheaper than all other drinks, you cannot sub them out if you are not a coffee drinker (comes with some of the breakfasts).

I came for lunch with my daughter on her birthday. We queued up for a table on a Saturday after the Boston 10k. We managed to get an table outside which was nice. I asked the staff to put 21 candles on my daughter's food, which they did. They also joined in with the Happy Birthday song as did the other diners and some people walking past. It was a great experience. The only thing i thought could have been better was the food. I had the mexican breakfast with chorizo, I got two small tortillas and half a chorizo sausage! However, my daughter had the French toast with bananas and loved it? Summary great place, great location, great staff, order extra sausage and bacon with your savoury dish!
