This been my 2nd time at the restaurant and I love the customer service! Kendra the bartender was serving me and my boyfriend and she's such a sweetheart! We had wonderful conversations and you can tell she loves her job! The food and drinks were amazing, we definitely coming back for sure. Thanks so much again Kendra and the staff! See yall next time!

The mac and cheese came out tasting like metal we had to return it. The noise level was too high we couldn't hear our self speak and enjoy our conversation.

Did not stay long enough for food nor drinks, so I can't comment on the quality, though it looked and smelled fantastic. Main issue was with the seating layout, as there is a very narrow hallway upon entry which they've tried to utilize as additional seating. Tables along the window are one thing, but they have small nooks in the wall about 3' wide and they've sandwiched a table and two chairs into each. This was where we were seated. The nook is quite literally too narrow to pull your chair out and sit down. Would be one thing if we were just walking in, but to book a reservation in advance and be seated in such a derisory and ridiculous space was a bit upsetting. Nevertheless, we stuck around for 15 minutes hoping the experience would change, before deciding to leave as no waiter came up to us. Wish our experience was different, as the menu looks amazing and we were very excited to try the food.

Food came out extremely late, over an HOUR from ordering and there were only two parties inside. They just opened and the waitress said there were prepping. Do you not come in well before your doors open to prep. We almost left.

It was our first time to The Pearl, and we had a great time celebrating a birthday. Loreen was very nice and attentive; she was a true gem. The drinks and food were delicious. Small delays with the kitchen were communicated and did not hinder our experience at all. We had the calamari, bang bang shrimp and raw oysters to start. It was all delicious and fresh! We also had the trinity in the two flavor options and a burger. It was all very good. Based off of my experience there, I would say go check it out. Its a small establishment with energetic vibes, and honestly will good company and food with drinks, you can eat anywhere.

I actually made this reservation for my brother and my sister-in-law, so I am capturing their experience in detail. Good News - The food was absolutely PHENOMENAL; the chef did a fantastic job!! They ordered the calamari, lobster roll, truffle fries, steak frites which was totally amazing. Bad News - The service was subpar at best. The table they were seated at was wobbly, so they spent half the time trying to ensure their drinks did not spill over. They were then informed that the restaurant was out of chowder and chicken wings on a Friday evening which was very surprising. Approximately, 15 minutes later, the chicken wings were being served to everyone else around them. When they asked the question about the wings, they were advised that the wings just came in which is why they were now being distributed. First of all, the waitress should have proactively come back over to inform them the wings were now in-house to determine if they still wanted the order. Second of all, when the manager on duty came over she should have been more empathic and instead abruptly asked if they wanted the order of wings or not....really?! The manager never came back over at the end of the service and instead, kept eye-balling the guests as they did end up deciding to comp the wings (to-go). The Pearl is a great restaurant with fantastic food, however, if the “service” does not significantly improve, they will lose any new customers.
Amazing atmosphere !! I was in town on business and this restaurant is amazing. The service is great and food was even better.
