We got both flavors of wings, calamari, truffle fries, and edamame. Just an apps night for a good bye shin dig. Didn't even realize it was trivia night. Had a great time. Waitress was very patient with us as we had a large group.
It was my first time and I have no complaint, the food was delicious the drinks were on points the staff were all amazing from the guy at the door to my waitress, I would recommend it to everyone.

I celebrated my daughter 18th birthday and she and her guests love it. Although it was a windy evening in September, the ambiance, the waitress-I wish I remembered her name, the food and drinks made it all worth while. 10/10.??
Really fun place & a ton of options. The food is very good, but their drink selections are like an oasis in Boston. Not many places you can have a Headytopper, tiny bottle of High Life & delicious Tiki drinks.
Manager was extremely rude the day of the Celtics parade. We had a reservation yet were told we weren't going to be able to order food because the kitchen was backed up. We were told to sit outside and order drinks but no food

I have been here before but my friends were there for the first time celebrating her bday. Though the experience was great, the server repeatedly messed up our order, we asked for regular fries or two seperate occasions but were brought out the truffle fries. When we asked for 2 shots, 3 were brought out even though we clarified 2. We will be coming back because even though our orders were messed up continuously, we really enjoyed the energy of the place and of the staff. Overall 7/10
Great place if you're looking for a restaurant with a nice vibe to it! The inside is decorated beautifully and the set up is pretty cool. The music makes you want to dance while eating. The food was delicious, as well as the drinks! Definitely recommend this for a spot that's nice but not fancy/upscale
The vibes are great and drinks are good. Food came out so fast and seemed like it's been reheated. Service is lacking big time they take your order and you'll never see them again. You'd think they would want you there ordering drinks and spending money but it seems like they rush you which is weird with all the entertainment.

Had a great time at our holiday party at Tiki Rock! The food and drinks were amazing and our service was superb! The bartenders made us such fun drinks and brought out a huge swan drink for 4 filled with a delicious concoction for a co-workers birthday. They thought of everything! Thanks for a fun night - we will be back!

Loved the decor and ambiance. Definitely great for a group or girls night out!! Lots of festive lighting. Food was really yummy but the prices are definitely on the higher end as it's downtown Boston. Location is great because he's right near fanuiel hall. Definitely would go back and recommend!
The food tasted like it was previously frozen and the wait staff is non existent. We ordered appetizers and drinks then left and went somewhere else for entrees. The drinks did not taste like crafted cocktails - they tasted like something made at home. Poor service and overall experience. I absolutely do not recommend.

Excellent place to have lunch with our little kids while visiting the city. Great value - kids meals included ice cream and a little show with dry ice that the kids loved. Absolutely excellent, top notch service.

Celebrated our kids' 21st birthday last night! Waitstaff were very attentive, atmosphere was fun, portions were generous, and food and drinks were all delicious. We will definitely be back!

Wow I don't where to start I had such a fun time I was. So happy to spend my birthday at such a fun clean environment the manger the servers the security were all great great music great food definitely coming back
It was just okay unfortunately. I thought it would be a super fun, lively ambiance similar to a traditional tiki bar but it was not. Our server was super nice but took forever to come to our table after we were done eating as well as to pick up our check. We could see her idling in the kitchen, the place was not super busy. The food was also just okay, nothing memorable. The music was low and it was 80s oldies, I thought it would be top 100 lively Saturday night but no. Everything was also a little grimey and a little off.
