Everything was awesome. As it getsinto the evening crowd, this place plays EDM, etc and has DJs. It's cool, not a problem. However I do wish that earlier in the evening, they played more tiki music to set the vibe. That's the one thing I wish they did differently. But the drinks are awesome, the food is great, and the vibe is great as well.

The vibe is cool - staff super nice . Food was such a disappointment . It was very greasy and bland none of us ate even 1/2 of our food it was too heavy and not great quality . Drinks were ok though ... don't go for the Food ... just drinks and atmosphere and nice staff.

Good Experience overall. I feel as though customer service could improve. They just seated us, did not ask prior if we had a reservation. The Server took a very long time in between rounds, although he was kind. The food and drinks were great and flavorful.

Great city location, tables out on pavement nice vibe. Great value excellent cocktails. Had the fire cracker shrimp which was amazing. All the staff were super chilled and really helpful. A great find in downtown Boston, great evening.

Stopped in for lunch when they opened on Saturday. No one was there. AC was set high, freezing inside. Tried the Mai tai, hurricane. Menu doesn't offer painkiller, or zombie. Since it was early, not rushed. A few other peeps came in. Meh

We arrived about 10 minutes before our reservation and waited for over 10 minutes to be served. The waitress only came over to give us water but didn't even greet us. The waitress circled around us, going to other tables, and we were still waiting to be served, also she was looking at us. It was my boyfriend's birthday, and we were really looking forward to going there, so I was hoping for at least a good experience, but that wasn't the case. I honestly couldn't tell if she was the waitress or a backserver.

To be fair, I think that if I had gone for drinks with friends or attended during one of the live entertainment nights I would have had a more enjoyable experience. But as just a sit down restaurant with the fam, I would have to say it was just alright. Food was affordable and staff were good to us and accommodating. Overall we got what we paid for but I wouldn't be quick to recommend it to someone looking for the same thing we were.
Had the most amazing time at Tiki! The service there Rocks! Lol fr though food was out of this world good! And the drinks were delicious!

Made my reservation and walked in with no one at the booth. Told them my name for the reservation which we were then brought to a table with no chairs...even though I made a reservation for a 21st birthday. We awkwardly stood for a while while they got chairs. (Got us chairs with no backs so we sat on our coats lol) Service was really slow and took a long time for my friend's drinks to come. They ran out of ginger ale and gave my friend a drink that wasn't good and still charged us. Food was pretty good but wish the service was better. Only plus was the drag show I guess

We came for dinner at 10pm, the firecracker shrimp was amazing. Drinks are always good. Servers/ bartenders were all amazing we ended up staying until they closed. Definitely will be back.

Great vibe and food was quite good. Fantastic cocktails artfully made by Anthony and attentive and friendly service by staff. Imagine the place rocks late night, but we just went for dinner. Highly recommend.
