We went to try a new place and were disappointed.Pros: cool vibes and nice people, not too full when we arrived and were able to grab bar seats right awayCons: got our first round and one I finished it took awhile to get a second drink.We ordered food and after an hour we asked about it. The bartender asked and when she came back showed no promptness in giving us an update, as they socialized.We finally asked the other bartender to please close out our tab as our food had not arrived.The first bartender finally got back to us and said our food had gone to someone else.The staff were also on their phone’s frequently.Pro: they did gives us our drinks for freeFinal thoughts: a better food expedition process would benefit the bar, enhanced customer service training, as well menu knowledge.
