I went with my family. The descriptions weren’t good, and we accidentally ordered a sundae with actual marshmallows (we are Muslim and can’t have gelatin) the sundae said fluff but nothing abt actual marshmallows. Fluff does not have gelatin, we know this, but regular marshmallows have gelatin (that’s how they have the bouncy texture). My sister asked to have it remade, and the first staff member obliged, but was yelled at by another member (manager?). The manager was very rude and tried to gaslight my sister. Manager didn’t know the difference between gelatin and gluten and didn’t apologize after yelling at my sister. We paid 15$ for nothing.

Amazing! So good. The employee Glenn even gave me extra sprinkles!
Solid icecream shop, but I was not prepared for the number of flavors and toppings they offered. It was overwhelming. The sizes of the icecream cups were also WAY larger than I’ve ever seen. I wish they offered a more reasonable size. The smallest size can definitely be shared. Flavor of the icecream I tried was solid. I’d come back here again if I needed to drown myself in icecream. Quick service and no seating offered.
