Overpriced and Worst bbq I ever had. I even came home with food poisoning. Made me vomit all night. Pathetic. Don’t go here, go somewhere else in HubHall.

The BBQ meat and sides were both good quality and well priced too especially the combo type plates. Portions are more than enough (we are from the UK!). Drinks were good too. Not much more to say - worth a visit!

Why can I not order wings on the Doordash app? I can order everything else but NOT wings??The food is great, service could be better.Multiple times I stopped by during lunch for wings and their excuse was "No wings right now, check back at 2 pm". I did check back after the recommended time and still no wings.. ridiculous .. A real hit or miss if you stop by the TD HUB a lot for lunch.Main reason for this review is to add "wings" as an option to order PICKUP on the Doordash app.

I had to come down to Boston for a quick work meeting. I had time enough to grab lunch. I'd noticed this place other trips thru the Hall at North Station so I decided to try it. As I said, the graphics over the counter were neat and made it easy to spot in the busy Hall. I was really unimpressed by the surly counter attendant, however. The burnt ends sando was pretty good. The beans were tasty but quite a bit cooler than I prefer. Overall, I think I'd choose a different place in the Hall next time.

I ordered 3lb of pulled chicken and received 2.3 lb. This is fraud! Good luck getting someone to answer the phone when you call. Watch out for this place they rip you off!!

The food is very good but the service at this location is absolutely horrendous. My friends and I were here at Boston on a trip and they treated us horribly and I even left them a tip and the service was still horrible. they were speaking in Spanish, and we're calling us all types of names in the book.Wouldn't recommend based on the service.

Nina is a great server! All food runners and hosts were great too!I also liked that the bbq wasn't sweet. They offer a sweet sauce but it's not syrupy. And they also offer spicy and a mustard based one (my favorite). Also, you know how baked beans can be super sweet-this one was balanced (with burnt ends!). The potato salad and coleslaw were well seasoned and not overly mayo-naised. The whiskey menu is off the charts!! Also offer beer and cocktails. We've been trying to find good bbq in Boston and this was yummy. Good experience. Really nice staff.

It’s a relaxed atmosphere and the food is delicious, I would definitely recommend. We did appetizers - the meatballs, sticky ribs, and jalapeño cheddar link. Everything was tasty!

Wow, what an authentic BBQ restaurant. One of the best I've ever been to! The mac and cheese, meatballs and chicken wings are to die for. Oh yes and the Texas toast! Also their BBQ sauces - so yummy!

Smoke Shop BBQ is nothing short of spectacular. The authentic brisket, smoked turkey & cornbread were fantastic. With delicious flavors and a multitude of choices it did not dissapoint. The prices were good for the taste of a slow cooked labor of love.

Let me preface by saying I'm not a regular red meat eater or a connoisseur of BBQ cuisine, but The Smoke Shop was very good. The pulled pork was tender and the brisket were fell right off the bone. The mac-n-cheese had a nice kick to it. The corn bread was a nice balance of sweet and savory. All around very good meal! Locations in Kendall & Assembly too. Trying to concoct an excuse to check those sites out ASAP.

This was a nice surprise dinner to celebrate my girlfriend’s retirement. We both love BBQ, so it seemed like a good choice (also our first visit to The Smoke Shop). The atmosphere was trendy and noisy (as expected). The clientele ran the gamut - always a good sign when the appeal of a restaurant attracts everyone who likes good food. We were a little early for our reservation, but they were able to seat us immediately at a nice table. We both ordered the Pit Crew - two meats and two sides. My girlfriend had Pulled Chicken, Ribs, potato Salad, and Cornbread. I ordered Burnt Ends, Ribs, Potato Salad, and Pit Beans. Both were excellent, but we would make a few changes on our next visit. The pulled chicken needed more bbq sauce and the spices in Pit Beans gave it a funky flavor. While it grew on me, I would prefer a traditional southern bean pot (more traditional spices with pulled pork instead of brisket). Next time I will probably opt for the Sweet and Spicy Coleslaw. The Ribs were perfect - meaty, perfectly cooked and just the right amount of tasty sauce. The Burnt Ends (a personal favorite), however, stole the show - delicious! Portions were generous, so there was no room for dessert.
