A really wonderful community hub. With thier new liquor license they have raised the bar even higher than they were able to with thier stellar brewer residences. A great selection of beers, great cocktails, and fabulous mocktails too.

Had a big milestone birthday celebration here and worked out perfectly. Space is perfect for event large to small, staff is friendly and very responsive. Will definitely consider for future celebrations.

This historic building is grand and down to earth at the same time. Leadership is local to the neighborhood and being able just chat with them about what would be great to see or do in this community space, is making us love it more.
For us, it’s already tradition that we come here with our kids 5-7pm on Fridays for a beer (adults only), and pizza from MyFinca.
A coworking space by day, and beer garden by night, this is the perfect place for a birthday celebration, family reunion, wedding or time out with friends.

Also, the beer tender Dan is so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the building’s history, as well as the beers served on tap! So, grab your friends, your significant others, workplace people and head up to see Dan, he will take great care of you!!

I hosted my twins' bat mitzvah here and it was perfect. We barely needed any decorations because the space was so lovely and provided a festive ambience. Laura was a dream to work with - she helped us make key decisions and realize the vision we had for the day. We wanted a setting that was comfortable, but also festive and the Substation fit the bill and much more! could not have asked for a better setting for our girls' celebration.
