We had my wife’s birthday party in the lower level and everything was fantastic. The staff was super helpful in helping us prep, letting us know what was available and responding to questions, etc. I can definitely recommend this venue as a great one for special events, especially if you want a place with history and a non-sterile vibe.

Not only is The Substation in Roslindale perfect for the Workhub Community space, but they also have a full bar and public programming now! You can attend public bar nights, book private events, and work from "home" all in the same beautiful, historically rich space. Could not recommend this place more. 🚎💚

The space accommodated our family and friends, we worked with a great caterer from the Substation's vendor list, and we felt supported the whole way thanks to Vickie and team.
