For us, it’s already tradition that we come here with our kids 5-7pm on Fridays for a beer (adults only), and pizza from MyFinca.
A coworking space by day, and beer garden by night, this is the perfect place for a birthday celebration, family reunion, wedding or time out with friends.

Also, the beer tender Dan is so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the building’s history, as well as the beers served on tap! I hosted my twins' bat mitzvah here and it was perfect. We barely needed any decorations because the space was so lovely and provided a festive ambience. Laura was a dream to work with - she helped us make key decisions and realize the vision we had for the day. We wanted a setting that was comfortable, but also festive and the Substation fit the bill and much more! could not have asked for a better setting for our girls' celebration.

From the smiles and warm greetings upon arrival, to the professional amenities including fresh coffee & tea, The Workhub facilitated a productive yet relaxing environment for our team. The other professionals renting space at The Workhub were friendly, professional and quick to share a favorite spot for lunch or dinner. Truly an awesome environment. Oh and the fresh local bagels they do once a week were fantastic.

What a beautiful venue. We greatly appreciate The Substation for allowing us to have our 35thWedding Anniversary at such a beautiful venue in July 2023. It is a beautiful venue with a Rustic look with high ceilings with beautiful lights beaming down. After dark the lights beams right off the big window which looks so amazing. We would definitely like to thank Ana for all of her hard work. She is with you from the beginning to the end with great ideas. She gave us a vision of our setup andit was perfect. We also would like to thank Laura for her time on also making sure everythingwas in place. We would definitely highly recommend The Substation.

We had a great experience holding our wedding reception at The Substation. Ana, the Event Coordinator, was easy to work with and helped us plan all the small details in advance. Cathy, the in-house manager for the event, assisted with getting the space set up along with the tear-down, as well as directed guests throughout. The space worked well, with separate areas for dancing, eating, drinking, and relaxing.
