What a beautiful venue. We greatly appreciate The Substation for allowing us to have our 35thWedding Anniversary at such a beautiful venue in July 2023. It is a beautiful venue with a Rustic look with high ceilings with beautiful lights beaming down. After dark the lights beams right off the big window which looks so amazing. We would definitely like to thank Ana for all of her hard work. She is with you from the beginning to the end with great ideas. She gave us a vision of our setup andit was perfect. We also would like to thank Laura for her time on also making sure everythingwas in place. We would definitely highly recommend The Substation.

We had a great experience holding our wedding reception at The Substation. Ana, the Event Coordinator, was easy to work with and helped us plan all the small details in advance. Cathy, the in-house manager for the event, assisted with getting the space set up along with the tear-down, as well as directed guests throughout. The space worked well, with separate areas for dancing, eating, drinking, and relaxing.

I had a 50th birthday party celebration at the Substation. Ana was lovely and supported me through the planning to the event process. The venue is beautiful and does not need much decoration. There is lots of easy street parking for guests. I choose a caterer from their list and it worked out well.

After the car crash into my private practice office on Belgrade/Corinth St back in December of 2022, the wonderful people at RVMS connected me to Laura and Adam at the WorkHub so that I could temporarily rent private office space to hold individual therapy sessions until the repairs were completed at our building.Laura and Adam welcomed me and my clients with such kindness and warmth. The community they have created at the Substation Workhub is beyond amazing. I rented space from them from January-September, until finding another temp location, and I can't thank them enough. I loved the community kitchen, where you can always find healthy snacks and high quality coffee, while also sharing a nice conversation with another small business owner. I would often spend quiet mornings on the weekends in the community room, completing administrative work. The setting and decor really helped me focus. The community calendar was easy to use to book private space. Whenever I had any tech issues, Laura and Adam were beyond gracious to support me in figuring things out. I absolutely love the Substation/Workhub and highly recommend a membership to anyone working from home, needing a community, or looking for a fun and supportive place to work.Thank you RMVS and Workhub Community for making such a challenging time in my small business development more manageable. I will be forever grateful!

The Substation is a grand, yet cozy taproom. Video In 360 was there when Brockton Beer Company was on tap showcasing their beer. The video shows the large, open space of the taproom, with its high ceilings and exposed brick walls. There are several tables and chairs scattered around the room, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere.
