Giving them a 1-star just because the way I was greeted and treated when I came in. I had my 10 pound dog with me to pick up my food, the first thing I got was that I had to leave because I had a dog and 2 guys started pointing me to get out, like WTH! I was treated like if I was doing something wrong or misbehaving. At first I didn't understand since they caught me so of guard, I approached the counter and asked to repeat and one of the guys rolled his eyes and left, the other told me once again, I had to leave because I had a dog. Am like, im just picking up my food, he gave it to me and didn't say a word. Very hostile and very unprofessional. Stramboli was pretty good BUT, unfortunately I will NEVER come back just because of how rude and unprofessional they behaved. Not even a hello or even asked if I was dinning in or just picking up. I would've been fine if they had greeted me and told me that I couldn't eat inside cause of my dog. Also, he's a service dog!

Pizza by the slice or pie , extensive menue, the pizza (veggies) was large, cooked to perfection with a very good tomato sauce. This was a surprisingly good pizza and reasonably priced. Highly recommended!

The place it’s okay and nice. The food took a bit, but it came out fresh and delicious 100% worth the wait. staff member who served us was super sweet and she’s very polite. I’ll definitely be back. I love it !

I tried to order a gluten-free cheesy bread, but the process was very frustrating. Online ordering didn’t show the option, so I called the restaurant. The person who answered the phone struggled to understand my question and repeatedly told me they didn’t have “green Alfredo” when I was asking about “gluten free.” Eventually, we clarified, and I was told they didn’t offer gluten-free options—which I knew wasn’t accurate since I was ordering gluten-free pizzas at the same time.
When I arrived to pick up my order, I tried again to place the gluten-free cheesy bread in person, but it was the same staff member, and communication was still an issue. With some gesturing, I was finally able to place the order, but then waited over 30 minutes while other customers received and even finished their meals. After asking for an update, I was told it would be another 10 minutes, but 20 minutes later, there was still nothing. Another staff member finally discovered that my order had been sitting in the takeout stack for over 35 minutes.
There was no apology or acknowledgment of the mistake—just my food handed to me before the staff member walked off. The entire experience was frustrating and felt unprofessional, with half the staff on their phones and another handling food with his hands in his pockets. Better training in customer service, order management, and allergy awareness would make a huge difference.

The guy at the front was very rude and idiotic, I ordered a large pizza to go and the guy said he doesn’t take 100 dollar bill granted I went to get change and all I simply said was “you should have a sign that says you don’t accept 100 dollar bills” but instead he said very rudely “I don’t have to” and proceeded to tell me if I don’t like that don’t come back and tossed my change at me

Went here because it seemed fast for lunch and the kids were hangry by this point. I ordered our pizza and began waiting. After 15 minutes I asked if the pizza was almost ready. They acted like they didn’t know what I was asking and then the guy apologized for forgetting our order. One guy had been taking orders and one making the pizza, but they couldn’t even keep up with giving slices of pizza to people. The Pizza was mediocre and then they forgot about our fries too. Almost everyone coming in and ordering was having trouble too with forgotten orders. Plenty of other places to choose from near the Commons that can get you decent food.
Ate here 2/3 nights! Loves the huge slice option and very tasty! My picky 16 year old loved it! The staff was friendly and efficient! Also nice to not break the bank on pricing.

If you love thin crust pizza this is your place. The pizza was amazing, but the fried mozzarella was okay at best. There is a place to sit though it’s limited. Service was fast despite the July 4th rush hour!

Have you ever seen those Middle Ages paintings of animals, drawn by artists who had never seen the creature, only heard a rough description from someone who had? That’s what my two cheese slices were like ($13 with a lukewarm Diet Coke): offensively bad, and somehow tasting nothing like each other, as if two strangers who had eaten pizza once, decades ago, were pulled off the street and told to separately recreate it blindfolded. Their creations were then stacked atop one another, united by a flimsy, grease-soaked paper plate buckling gently under the weight of their shared failure to resemble food. May have just been an off night for them though, all love🩷
