Unfortunately, Upper Crust is no longer a standout in the pizza scene. Last visit was very disappointing - not much undercarriage nor flavor,even in the pepperoni pizza! The bathroom is also permanently locked and one out of three folks that visited with me had stomach issues after the visit. I wish Florinas were open on the weekends!

Ordered a pepperoni pizza.Everything about this pizza was great but the sauce. Where’s the garlic? Where’s the basil? Felt like I was eating just plain tomato sauce which really took away from the rest of the pie. Highly suggest a slightly thicker and more seasoned sauce.Otherwise everything else was great. Fast delivery. Solid crust and the toppings were cooked perfect.

We are pizza snobs and love all things pizza. Every town we go to we try to hit up a few different spots especially in New York and Boston. This is by far my favorite between 30 or so places we have tried in the last 4-5 years. It's thin, crunchy and flavorful. Every time we go thru Boston this place receives a visit.
I was a total dummy and ordered a pick up from the Beacon Hill store when I meant to pick-up from the South End store. I didn't have the ability to get to the right shop so I called to explain and asked nicely for them to cancel the order (which I assume had already been made). They canceled it and refunded my credit card! It was my fault and they didn't have to but they did. Their pizza (which was already delicious) is even more delicious to me now.

Great pizza and gluten free also. Quick. Just not a lot of room if you want to eat in(3 tables I think) excellent service from these guys. Wish I was closer, they would be the regular. Not too pricey either.Dietary restrictions: My wife said it was the best gluten free pizza she's had(celiac for 20+ years)
