I've been eating from upper crust for years now, and I'm glad I moved to a location where an upper crust is just a block away! I always enjoy their pizza during the cold seasons, the atmosphere might be a little quiet, but when the cold is gone, this Def a good place to grab a slice or enjoy a pie with some friends!
We placed an order when the place was nearly empty. They didn’t start making the pizza until about 25 mins later. When I asked when the pizza will be ready they spoke to each other in Spanish and then ignored me. I asked how much longer until the pizza is ready. The clerk then said the receipt never printed for the cook. I then had to ask a third time how much longer until the pizza is ready. The clerk walked away and the cook muttered, that it just went in. I had to ask a 4th time, how long until the pizza is ready. I would have been okay if they said a mistake was made but they made it extremely uncomfortable to get a simple response as to when the pizza would be ready. And on top of it, the food did not taste that great. Nicole’s down the street is much better.

Pizza is fine but their delivery makes snail mail look good. Take out pizza is only as good as take out. Sometimes they never show up at all and still charge you.

Best pizza in the neighborhood. Great for a pick me up when you’re having a bad day. Monica is the best!
I rarely order from this establishment- when I do. I get the buffalo wings well done & fries. I have not once received what I ask for.. Well done means crispy, firm,etc. It’s unbelievable no knows how to cook a damn chicken wing well done. Instead the chicken is still flying and undercooked.. it’s like a frozen dinner-the wings still need to go in the oven to cook further. I will order only French fries since they seem to cook the fries well.

The Nashville Hot tenders are seriously my favorite in all of Boston. Over the past few months, however, they have significantly reduced the size of these. They're basically bite sized half the time and normal sized half the time. The inconsistency makes it difficult to plan meal time when I order from here (south end location).
