I usually leave good reviews. I feel bad that I have to share this.
The women’s bathroom had one sink with running “cold” water and the hand dryer was not working and the men’s room, according to a friend was about 30 degrees making it an uncomfortable experience. We ordered drinks and they were out of commonly requested alcohol brands, the drinks were small and the food came out late and not as ordered. The brownie sundae was charred and burned. The cheesecake tasted like it had been in the refrigerator too long.

Food was decent, prices were INSANE for such small portions. No matter what you got on the menu, it was wayyyy tiny for “pub food”. They definitely want to target older people, because there’s no way that college students would think these prices are good for what they got out of it. I looked at older pictures, their portions used to be normal. The soup bowls used to be way bigger, and now they are so small like a dipping sauce bowls. I looked over to the people with burgers, and they don’t even come with sides? The sides are $7? Who is paying for that?

Had a wonderful late night dinner! Our food came quicker than expected, there was great ambiance, and our waitress was very sweet and attentive. Would go back!

Went to the bar after the Sox game last night. Didn’t get the bartender’s name, but he’s fantastic. Fast, excellent service. Also, great beer and spirits selection. Cool stuff you can’t find easily in town.

We were a group of six people. We arrived half an hour before the kitchen closed. The bartender was nice and welcoming. He helped us with everything we needed. A great place for dinner with friends.

My son came into the city to have dinner with me and I suggested this place. I had been there once before and recalled the burger I had was good. The atmosphere is Irish 1920s and the place was deserted. I ordered the steak tips special with mashed and it was pretty good. My son tried the lobster roll in hot butter and he thought it was outstanding. Our server was friendly enough, but she had a tendency to disappear for stretches. Odd considering she only had two tables to deal with. The place is worth trying if you're in the area.

I was dining with friends and two of us ordered the scallop special.
I was shocked by how little food was presented for the price. The $30 entree had 4 scallops. I know there are restaurants where the whole point is an costly dish with barely any food but that doesn't seem to be what the rest of the menu is, nor what the rest of my dinner party was served.
The dish was delicious but my friend and I ended up ordering a flatbread to share so we wouldn't leave hungry.
I did have a delicious dinner, the food and drinks were good, and the service was fantastic. Unfortunately, my experience is marred by feeling I wasted my money spending $30 on 4 scallops.

Often frequent the bar with great service by Mark and Nate. All of the cocktails are great! Love the Parmesan truffle fries. Would also recommend the buffalo chicken wrap and scallops, plus they do a nice brunch!

While the food tastes good the portion sizes left both me and my girlfriend still hungry and we could have easily ordered 2 more portions each. I got steak tips and there is no way it was more than 5oz

Excellent atmosphere! Very much a classic Boston tavern. The service was excellent. We sat at the bar, and our server was the mid-afternoon bartender who guided us through drinks and the menu. We had the Tuna Poke Bowl and the Crusted Tuna. Both were delicious and nicely-sized servings. Cocktail and liquor selection is very good and the beer selection is solid. The location is right on the edge of Northeastern University and right next to Symphony Hall. A great find!
