It was busy and the layout is confusing — the greeting table appears to be further in the restaurant past the bar, but a worker rushed out to barely greet us and was rude after we said we didn’t have reservation. Didn’t show any empathy or respect by saying “sorry, unfortunately we are booked tonight” and instead just gestures at the door annoyedly without word for a moment then says “we’re booked.”Been here before and retrospectively reviewing my experience then: it was much less packed and our server was kind, but the food was atrociously overpriced. Split a mediocre burger and fries and left hungry that time. Only reason this place seems to be in business is its convenient location by Symphony Hall. Very unwelcoming experiences and would rather walk further for better options.

The service and ambience of the restaurant were good. I may have gone at a bad time because the place was completely empty during prime Sunday brunch hour, which might have been because colleges were on spring break.Food was a mixture of good and bad. The eggs, waffles, and cinnamon butter were delicious. But the fresh fruit sides of the day were an odd selection - watermelon and grapes, which were out of season and didn't really complement any of the dishes. The chicken in my chicken and waffles was dry and tasteless, possibly overcooked. I ordered a cinnamon roll to go, thinking this was one of their specialties. It was poorly packaged and also kind of dry and tasteless. There are too many other great brunch places in the city to really recommend this one.

Super reasonable prices on drinks, all the food I’ve gotten in the three times I’ve been has been great, sometimes REALLY good, and Roxanne the server is the jam. Nice spot. Can’t do better before the symphony or if you’re a Northeastern or Berkeley student.

Opted for the "spicy hot chicken" sandwich. Kinda sucked. Jalapenos were the "spice" and they were weak.Bar staff was friendly. Questionable if I would repeat.

We ate here because we were gonna shop at whole foods just near and were looking for a quick bite on a sunday night. The place was empty.We ordered a salad, artichoke dip and french onion soup to share and beers.Highly recommend the artichoke dip and the fresh pita that came along.The salad was also huge and delicious.The only negative side was the fact that my beer came flat and the only waiter there disappeared for 10 minutes and by the time I was able to ask for another beer it was a bit late.
Good food, fairly priced and great service.Also has sports on TV.

Pro tip: Eat before you go. Sloooooooow service. Sure, people there are nice but inept.Hostess struggled to find our 6:45 reservation.Food took way too long. Flat bread was burnt. Every single human in the kitchen salted the French onion soup before it was delivered to our table.Food server finally delivered the last pasta dish to be shared by four of us and my request for extra serving utensils IGNORED! They even struggled to figure out how to use an Apple card because it doesn’t have a number. I think their software could use replacing and their staff could use training. Other than that it was fantastic.
