Stopped in for lunch when they opened on Saturday. No one was there. AC was set high, freezing inside. Tried the Mai tai, hurricane. Menu doesn't offer painkiller, or zombie. Since it was early, not rushed. A few other peeps came in. Meh
The waiter was so rude her name I think was Emily, she was treating us like she was paying us to sit there. Mad rude no customer service
Very noisy, I could not even hear people at the same table.
Fun place for groups. Mai Tai was good and strong. Delicious apps and bowls. Great service.
Party, party and party
The security at Tiki Rock, while admittedly just doing their jobs, are disrespectful and presumptuous without giving people the benefit of the doubt. My friends and I were there for a bar crawl event when my friend left us at the bar to use the restroom. While he was in the restroom, simply just using the bathroom, security started knocking on the door of his stall to ask him if he was ok and if he “had an accident.” When he replied he was fine and then emerged from the bathroom visibly fine, they told him he was lying. They then promptly kicked him out, claiming he had “thrown up all over himself” despite the fact that his clothes were completely clean.
I then got a text from my friend saying he had gotten kicked out and when the rest of my friends went to security at the front to inquire about why, they claimed they “found him on the floor of the bathroom, with vomit all over his hands.” Again, I would like to point out that not only were my friend’s clothes and hands clean, but he had only consumed 2 margaritas over the course of the 3 hour bar crawl - nowhere near the point of getting sick. If tiki rock actually respected their patrons they would actually take the time to think logically and realize that the person they’re accusing of something hasn’t done anything. If you’re looking for a respectable establishment with sympathetic customer service, Tiki Rock is NOT it.
Absolutely horrifying experience. We attended an event at this restaurant and I sat at the table the entire night, enjoying the music. I never left my seat, never left my drink unattended. Toward the end of the night, an employee approached me and said my friend was outside. I politely grabbed my things and walked to the door, where I was immediately screamed at by a huge bouncer saying my friend was crying and couldn’t get back in. I asked staff for answers and no one could give me a clear explanation.
After that, everything went black.
We were somehow brought home by what I can only describe as a guardian angel — because we were incapable of speaking, walking, or even forming words. It was terrifying. The police and ambulance had to be called.
Ladies, watch your drinks. This place does not care about your safety or well-being.
The next day, my fiancé tried to contact the restaurant multiple times, but kept getting the runaround. My location showed I was clearly at this venue, but they were dismissive and unhelpful. Eventually, he drove there himself and was met by three bouncers, who only then handed him my belongings — after first claiming they didn’t have them.
This entire experience was traumatic, unacceptable, and disturbing. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
It's a good place, cozy, comfortable, good ambiance and with music on live
Went for a couple of drinks and some side food, ended up getting a portion of fries and chicken tenders however the fryer oil was the same oil that is being used for seafood and caused a slight allergic reaction within partner.
I went out with my friends for an event. I couldnt eat anything else due to my personal large number of allergies, but 7$ for someone to hand me a can of Canada Dry Ginger Ale after I stood at the bar for over half an hour is Highway Robbery, as far as I'm concerned.

Host was super rude . Waiter was great ! Food was alright and vibe and drinks was great too.
Loud dark not worth it in my opinion.
We arrived about 10 minutes before our reservation and waited for over 10 minutes to be served. The waitress only came over to give us water but didn't even greet us. The waitress circled around us, going to other tables, and we were still waiting to be served, also she was looking at us. It was my boyfriend's birthday, and we were really looking forward to going there, so I was hoping for at least a good experience, but that wasn't the case. I honestly couldn't tell if she was the waitress or a backserver.
To be fair, I think that if I had gone for drinks with friends or attended during one of the live entertainment nights I would have had a more enjoyable experience. But as just a sit down restaurant with the fam, I would have to say it was just alright. Food was affordable and staff were good to us and accommodating. Overall we got what we paid for but I wouldn't be quick to recommend it to someone looking for the same thing we were.
Made my reservation and walked in with no one at the booth. Told them my name for the reservation which we were then brought to a table with no chairs...even though I made a reservation for a 21st birthday. We awkwardly stood for a while while they got chairs. (Got us chairs with no backs so we sat on our coats lol) Service was really slow and took a long time for my friend's drinks to come. They ran out of ginger ale and gave my friend a drink that wasn't good and still charged us. Food was pretty good but wish the service was better. Only plus was the drag show I guess
