My daughter and I arrived at 9:45, our reservations was for 9:45. There was no tables ready and wasn’t seated til 10:22 pm . We waited 47 mins for our food. We only bought 1 pineapple drink that was $16.00 bucks but was charged $48.00 bucks. We both order chicken tenders and fries that was $20.00 bucks. The waiter brought over 2 “free” shots because the wait for the food was so long , I was charged $128.00 bucks for everything and couldn’t understand why! I asked the waiter and she said I’ll charge you $108.00!! I said but why was it $128,00 on my receipt when I only ordered 3 things that did not cost no where near what I’m being charged! The waiter says fine $108.00.. I said what did I buy that cost $108.00? I reached out to tiki rock and still did not get a response. I will reach out to my bank. The worst service. Tables was filthy and the drink was extra sugary. The worst Valentine’s Day dinner ever. Overly charged and couldn’t no one tell me why!

If the place is 21+ why on earth would it not be advertised anywhere on the website or on google. It’s a restaurant it’s not a bar or a club seems like important information to know. Thank god I was able to find reservations for valentines but this almost ruined valentines for us. Please make it clear that this is 21+
We arrived at our reservation time and the doors were locked Starr was on site but took about 5 minutes for someone to finally unlock the door and let us in it was not as advertised at all and when we asked about the Dj we got a rude response. We ended up leaving and dining elsewhere.
Not very busy for a Saturday night, though it was a cold evening just after the holidays. Staff seemed less than thrilled to be there. A bit off the beaten path to get to. Put a note in my reservation that this was for a teenager's birthday with her name. However, no one on the staff made reference that this was supposed to be a special dinner for her. Not a place we would go out of our way to visit again but the food was delicious.
This place is the best on a Monday

I wish I can give a 0 star. They are selective with who they give last call to. After last call, they were serving drinks to selective people. The “manager” admited to serving drinking to people that were there for a while after I noticed they were serving drinks to people after last call.

We arrived for our reservation and no one greeted us at the door to seat us. We stood at the door for about 15 minutes before we decided to go find an employee at the bar. The bar tender told us that she was the only person working the floor that night and there were guests at the bar and many filled tables. We decided to leave and go somewhere else!
Whack after 10pm, I wouldn’t waste my time, money or energy. I would rate no stars. And the Steve Harv lookin bouncer if he still there is just a big goofy iykyk!!!

Tiki Rock is a destination within Boston. Whether you're coming in for an afternoon refreshment, dinner, or a late night experience, this establishment will welcome you with open arms. The staff - servers, bartenders, bar backs, kitchen staff, managers, etc. - are all authentic, genuinely warm, and take care with their profession. They also take care of their patrons and will work to ensure your experience is the best it can be. The cocktails are always spot on, and whenever you decide to leave, you'll find yourself drawn to come back. Tiki Rock creates community, and I've never been disappointed after returning repeatedly over the course of the past year. (Photos from multiple trips.)

This place kicks people out for dancing!
Ehhh... More of a pop-bar trying to be a Tiki bar.
Besides the Pop Music, the drinks were served in mason jars...
