Edit: changing to 1 star because I just realized the bill includes 20% gratuity and then “recommends” you check the box for another 20% gratuity, which I fell for. Also, the AI replies are cringe.

This is a public forum where people can leave a review or comment in regards of their experience. It seemed that you took it personal when you saw my review. To assume someone was flirting with a bartender is reaching 😆. And respectfully it seems that you are bias because like you stated “you visited this particular establishment for YEARS” great for you. For the record, people are allowed to leave a comment, review and rate as they please. So respectfully, it seemed personal and it seemed that you were at the establishment and worried what I was doing instead of doing your thing. This was my first time being at a loud bar/club-like scene. If I have to be blunt; I was not impressed with the food selection nor the drink selection. I was with my siblings last night and we had a few drinks (a margarita and something called the hurricane) The bouncers were okay. I did enjoy the music, that was the only positive factor about it. I gave it this average rating was mainly the staff (more specifically the Cuban bartender that was serving last night *Sat 7/19/25*) If he is reading this (or even cares to improve his performance: my sister is a sweet person and the fact I saw her ugly side… the way you interact with customers say a lot and to the point that a guy was trying to get your attention and wanted to place a drink order but you zoned out and you had a pompous attitude. Pretty boys like you don’t last that long and I do hope this particular review humbles you because I work in customer service and hospitality and that’s not how you treat customers. You are not friendly, just stone-faced cold. Respectfully if it wasn’t for that enforced 20% gratuity, you my sir, don’t deserve those tips. If anything your other coworkers deserve and the kitchen staff deserve. Not you. You don’t deserve to pocket that money. If anything it is only a matter of time before some files a complaint on you for your services. Work on yourself before you step into your job.

It's been quite a while since we've attended an ah-mazing event. Soiree Sunday was a whole VIBE! The food was great, the DJs were 🔥, everyone was so accommodating, and the crowd... the whole thang was great! I'm gonna lose my job if I go attend EVERY Sunday...(might be worth it 😅)! We'll be back!

To the review below Nicole Barrero, if you actually knew how to order at a BUSY bar instead of flirting with the bartender you’d probably get a better service. As person that works for customer services as well I’m sure you have been in the same situation, this is not how to take your frustration off.
I personally have visited Tiki Rock for years and I got nothing else that good things to say, one of the best places to go in Boston.

The vibe is cool - staff super nice . Food was such a disappointment . It was very greasy and bland none of us ate even 1/2 of our food it was too heavy and not great quality . Drinks were ok though ... don't go for the Food ... just drinks and atmosphere and nice staff.

I came with my girlfriend and three of our friends for the Love Island finale watch party. When the uber dropped us off, I was drinking a beer outside (it was my FIRST of the night) before we headed inside. The bouncer saw this and didn’t like it for some reason, telling one of our friends to have me “sober up before I came in.” At this point I was 100% sober, minding my business, but I didn’t make anything of the comment. Then when we were ready to go in, the bouncer pulled me to the front of the group embarrassingly, and said “since you’re with these lovely ladies, make sure you keep it under control”. I replied, “I’m sorry, was I doing something that made it seem like I was drunk or out of control?”, to which he replied “no”, and shook my hand to try to play it off like nothing happened. Super weird, and definitely rubbed me the wrong way. Besides that, the food and drinks were fine (nothing particularly special), but RIDICULOUSLY overpriced. Our party got a total of 8 drinks, 2 sides of fries, and half a dozen wings, and the check was $300 (with the gratuity already added).
Good Experience overall. I feel as though customer service could improve. They just seated us, did not ask prior if we had a reservation. The Server took a very long time in between rounds, although he was kind. The food and drinks were great and flavorful.

Went for their love island watch party and was so disappointed that no one was actually watching love island. Music was played over it, no subtitles and an hour in they just stopped showing it. Also the event description said they were giving out free leis and they weren’t. 😭😭 big bust and couldn’t wait to leave, no offense. 😬 Waiters were sweet though.

Great city location, tables out on pavement nice vibe. Great value excellent cocktails. Had the fire cracker shrimp which was amazing. All the staff were super chilled and really helpful. A great find in downtown Boston, great evening.
