Wasn’t sure what to expect due to the lower rating on Google. I never count place out until I try and this is exactly why.The food we had was unbelievable, the drinks were awesome and strong but best of all was the vibe!If you want quiet while you eat, don’t go here. My wife was loving the danceable music the entire meal and especially when the DJ came on at 9pm.Only real flaws were the slow(ish) service but this is the type of spot you should not eat at if you’re rushing someplace. Also, the automatic 18% gratuity added to the bill (it was two of us) seemed a little suspicious. Especially when the waitress came over and gave me the electronic device that asked if I wanted to add an additional gratuity of 3% - 5% or 8%. All of which put you over the typical 20% tip rate. When prices are as high as they are there, having such a practice can make a big difference and I highly suggest just doing the straight 20% and not asking for more.Otherwise, I would definitely go back again and I think the “poor” reviewers don’t tell the entire story.Hope this helps!
I love tiki rock, i’ve been there several times with my friends, we love the food, service and music, my only complaint is that sometimes I’ve perceived mistreatment against servers and customers, from who i think is the person in charge of the restaurant.one time there was someone yelling at a table “asking”them to leave bc they needed the table, very rude, and other time i saw how a server was yelled at, causing discomfort to the tables who were around and notice it. Someone even ask the server if they were ok. It’s a shame that a nice and enjoyable place gives such a poor and disrespectful treatment to their team.

Great place if you're looking for a restaurant with a nice vibe to it! The inside is decorated beautifully and the set up is pretty cool. The music makes you want to dance while eating. The food was delicious, as well as the drinks! Definitely recommend this for a spot that's nice but not fancy/upscale

The first time the menu was beautiful, the drinks were fabulous and the atmosphere was inviting!We made a reservation to come back with friends because we enjoyed our experience so much the 1st time. I regret to say I was throughly disappointed. We waited quite awhile with a reservation for a crappy bartop table that we practically shared with people next to us we didn't know. Which on any occasion would be fine but not with a reservation. The music and ambience was NOTHING like it was on our previous experience, the new menu is less than appealing & the drink we had was literally the worst thing I've had. Watered-down Scorpion Bowl... it was gross. I was actually mildly embarrassed that we made this place our place of choice especially when things are not cheap these days. Unfortunately, not at all the experience I had hoped for. I'm pretty sure I will not be returning.

Shared a fish bowl with 3 others, was $108 and probably the worst cocktail ive ever had, ever. Even worse than the garbage you get at all inclusive resort happy hour. On top of the flavor..... The ice is the same size as straw hole so every sip included extra labor. Staff was ok, no real issues but drink over prices and a big let down. Skip this place.
