The food was bland, which was a first for me because Indian food is typically anything but bland. Their tikka masala was under seasoned and the chicken was dry. The chicken looked like it was boiled separately and then tossed into the sauce without a second thought. Would not recommend.

Nice place to eat out. Really closed in restaurant where the space is not the biggest but the crowd is very present for the lack of space. Overall pretty enjoyable

Excellent Indian cuisine located in JP.Service was great, friendly and welcoming.Food was delicious. Chicken curry was spicy, which always hit a spot. Lamb vindaloo was sweeter, mild, but flavorful and perfect with rice.Naan was nice and crispy, on the thinner side, and perfect to dip into the curry.

Ordered the butter chicken and the pieces of chicken in my food were so massive took up most of the container. Flavor of the chicken and the sauce was mild. Ordered, garlic naan, and the naan bread was undercooked.

We ordered two curries and a daal. The dishes were really not tasty and extremely OILY. This is the worst Indian restaurant we've been to.

We ordered two curries and a daal. The dishes were really not tasty and extremely OILY (consisting of maybe 50% oil - see the attached photo!). This is the worst Indian restaurant we've been to.

Okay. Here we go. I'm generally embarrassed leaving a negative review, especially, for a restaurant I have known, loved, and rooted for since pre covid when businesses were struggling due to Forest Hills construction. However, the other night I was treating visiting family members to what is currently billed online as "The Best Indian food in JP."It makes me uncomfortable to be that guy that goes through their entire takeout order in the restaurant to make sure I have everything I paid for. But sure enough, every time I don't, I get home and find out items are missing.I make a call to Tikla Masala who despite the fact that I just gave them a 67 dollar order with a ten dollar tip for takeout and tell them I'm missing an order of Garlic Naan. They tell me I'm mistaken and that I have miscounted my order. Thus, I don't know the difference between one and two pieces of bread. Frustrated, I take the 20 minute walk down there again in 35 degree weather. When I get there, I tell the cashier that I have managed restaurants for 20 years and that the least they could do to compensate me for my time and their error would be offer, at the very least, an additional piece of Naan, he told me that that wasn't his call to make and their was no one available to make that happen.Hospitality is the only thing that distinguishes you from the competition.RESTAURANTS DON'T DIE OVERNIGHT.THEY DIE ONE DAY AT A TIME.Tikka Masala used to be better than that.

Convenient delivery but the food was really not tasty compared to other Indian places. Nothing like Bukhara.

Since their name is Tikki Masala (which is not an Indian dish, BTW), we decided to try Chicken TIKKA Masala and Aloo TIKKI Chaat.Aloo Tikkis - 1*Chana - 2.5*Aloo tikkis were dry and flavorless. Channa was decent. When you order chaat, be it samosa chaat or aloo tikkis chaat, you crumble them and add things on top. All they did was throw in 2 blobs of Tikki and topped with channa, onion & big chunks of tomatoes ? No chutneys whatsoever. I had to add my green & red chutneys, sev to make it taste better.Deep brand frozen aloo tikkis are miles better than this.Chicken - 1*Tikka masala - 3*Again, chicken was dry and flavorless. It's usually char grilled, this looked oven baked (I might be wrong). Tikka masala was probably the one thing that was good. Before ordering the food, I wanted to try so many of their dishes. Now, I'm not sure if I should.

The food was good, the restaurant was nice, staff good but the bathroom was a bit gross. It was dirty and made me wonder what the kitchen might look like.Vegetarian options: The vegan tofu tika masala was very good but I would have liked some vegetables mixed in as well.
