Pretty heavy handed that they decided you have to be vegan here. There's only one place allowed to serve coffee and nobody in the entire food hall apparently has real milk. Offering alternatives is great but forcing everyone into them is extremely annoying because I'm allergic to nuts and find oat milk revolting.

Hate to take it out on anything EXCEPT the food. Even the service at Ms. Clucks Deluxe Chicken & Dumplings was nice. Had the Chicken sandwich and wings for my Birthday Lunch. It gave me the shirts. A day later still a little queasy.

POE-LENTA RESTAURANT REVIEW:

Poe-lenta at the Time Out Market in 401 Park is a place that really impressed me. The portions were exactly right, filling without being overwhelming, and the flavors came together beautifully. Every bite felt balanced and carefully prepared, turning a simple dish into something memorable.

The service was outstanding. My food was ready within two minutes, which is incredibly fast, and the staff were genuinely kind and attentive. They even took the time to show me photos of the different meals before I ordered, which made the whole process much easier and more enjoyable. That kind of personal touch made the visit feel special.

One thing to keep in mind is that they only accept card payments, no cash, but for me that was a small detail in an otherwise excellent experience.

Overall Poe-lenta is absolutely worth trying if you are visiting Time Out Market or spending time around Fenway. Between the perfectly portioned dishes, the rich flavors, and the welcoming staff, it is the kind of spot you want to return to again and again.

(8/20/25) I like the way the interior of this place is designed. This was our first time visiting this food court. Nice atmosphere here. TONS of food options from many different food vendors offering a large variety of choices (Mediterranean, Mexican, classic American dishes, vegan, specialty drinks, desserts, Italian, etc). The food we tried was good. Not amazing but good. Will definitely return to give the other vendors a try. There is a public restroom here. I can’t really speak of parking options for this place because we stayed at a hotel literally 4 minutes walking distance from here (Residence Inn by Marriott). As an outdoor enthusiast, I was very excited to see the other end of this food court had direct indoor access to an REI outlet!!
