I bought a box of green tea mini rolls. It tastes awful! It feels like the rolls are made of long expired pork belly oil. I kept getting hit of the feeling of throwing up after I only took a few bites.
Would never ever go in there anymore.

I've been going to top bread for years now for the great quality of food, even driving an hr just to get it. But unfortunately, my most recent visit completely changed how I feel about this place, and I won’t be returning due to the shockingly poor customer service.
While checking out, I placed my tray on a surface where I had seen other trays before, unaware that it was actually a fridge someone was trying to access. One of the staff members immediately screamed at me in a high pitched tone, “AH AH AH!”—as if I were an animal. I quickly apologized, saying, “I’m so sorry!” But instead of accepting it, she mocked me by repeating “Yeah, SORRY” in a sarcastic voice.
I was stunned by how aggressive and demeaning her tone was over such a minor, and honest mistake. At the time, I still went through with the purchase, but in hindsight, I regret it. No customer—or human being—should be spoken to like that. It’s incredibly disappointing, especially because I used to love this bakery. I never expected to be treated so disrespectfully, and I can’t bring myself to support a place where this kind of behavior is tolerated.

Heard a lot of good things about the bread here but to be honest, bread was very average. I think some of the other bakeries nearby are much better both in terms of price and taste.

Egg smell is strong in most of its things. Didn’t like much
I was buying a bread and two cakes. The cashier rung up two of the three but didn't notice the third until we paid. She then declared we had to pay for the cake in cash after we'd paid in card for the rest. The whole experience was bad and I regret giving a tip for the first order.
The sticky rice w/o peanut in banana leaf is great. They freeze well, too.
Very good quality cake! I bought a chocolate cake from here for my cousin and it was the best cake he ever had. That's awesome. I'm happy to return for business

Really good bakery items! Everything I’ve gotten has been delicious with well balanced flavors. They take credit card for purchases over $10.

This place service is so bad, never go back again
As soon as I walked into the store yesterday, I told them that I wanted chestnut cake, and she asked me to choose it in the cabinet. If there were no chestnuts I wanted, she should have told me directly that they didn't have them, so why did she ask me to choose them. It's my dad's birthday today and I found out that you gave me the wrong cake. I immediately went back to the store and wanted to exchange it for a chestnut one.
1: From the beginning I said I wanted chestnut cake. If you don’t have chestnut cake, you can tell me directly. But your clerk didn’t tell me
2: As soon as I found out there was something wrong with the cake, I took it directly to the store to replace it, but they refused to change it and insisted that it was my problem.
3: Even your store clerk doesn’t know what cakes you sell. Do you think I will know? Do you want me to open the cake and see what's inside?

Bad service !!!! Order a chestnut cake and they gave me a fruit cake. I request either give me a chestnut cake or money back but the staff so rude and arguing trying to blame everything else but themselves. First they can’t answer my questions second they can’t do anything about it why can’t they tell the manager or the owner so they can do something about it instead of arguing. Take the responsibility for the situation and move forward.

Lots of wonderful desserts and bakery. They also make up smoothies that you can drink as you checkout the rest of chinatown. Would definitely come back to get some of the food.
