The lady working cash register seemed to be frustrated when I told her i had fish allergy in preparing my beef and chicken bento box. I used to enjoy them as a catered lunch at work and this was my first brick and mortar experience. She tried to charge me for the for vegetable substitution but the chef told her to remove it. I am used to the meat chicken option being flavorful but it was dry. Barely any sauce. The veggie maki roll did not come with pickled ginger or wasabi as custom in most restaurants. The white rice was mushy. The redeeming quality slightly were the dumplings. I was disappointed in the service rendered and food taste quality . Would I revisit, probably not.

waited an hour and a half for my order, only for it to arrive ice-cold. To make matters worse, there are no utensils or napkins. I am staying at a hotel and have no access to cutlery. Do you expect me to eat this with my hands?

The staff are always friendly, polite and helpful. Highly recommend the Chicken Shrimp Bento. The food is fresh and tasty although the portion could have a bit more shrimp.
I come here regularly and I’m generally very satisfied with the quality and service. Overall it’s a place I enjoy visiting and would recommend.

I love this place! It may not be super authentic Japanese food, but it's delicious! I came here with a friend and I got the Chicken & Shrimp Teriyaki while she got different varieties of sushi. I'm not much of a sushi girl, but we both really enjoyed our food! I think we both spent around $14 for our food and a soda from their drink selection.

I got Tori Japan delivered from Uber Eats last night. The food was really good, the prices were excellent with several buy one get one deals on Uber Eats, and the food was on its way towards me extremely quickly.

First of all, I had stomach issues after eating the sushi. Apart from that, food was delivered without any chopsticks or cutlery and without sauce. Shrimp tempura were really oily bit tasteless - can’t recommend at all.

Great experience! The prices are so affordable especially with their buy one get one promotion and the food was not only delicious but the portions were large. We had chicken teriyaki and the salmon bento and loved it. Highly recommend
Sushi was fast and fresh, not sure if their knives were dull or it was just a quick send out, but the sashimi was a little jagged. Definitely not a deal breaker, but a smooth and accurate cut of the fish is a big part of taste so I knocked off a star. But good prices and quick service with an in store terminal for easy ordering and payment if you know exactly what you want. Heads up, of you'd like to make any changes to a roll, you can't do so at the machine so you'll have to place your order at the counter.
