They have unique desserts. I got my birthday cake and it came with candles, matchsticks and knife. Cake was so beautiful I got the mango cloud cake. Its clearly one of best cakes I have ever had. The strawberry tiramisu was delicious too.

They have the best cakes ever! I ordered strawberry cream cakes for a school celebration, and they were extremely delicious and pretty! Their cream is so fresh and soft, and not too sweet. You can also add custom messages on a piece of chocolate for free! Their other baked goods are also very good, and the workers are also very friendly. I highly recommend.

My one complaint is that the tea to me seems expensive for what it is but I'm sure the price is to keep the quality

I’m beyond upset right now… I ordered a cake 3 days ago and it’s scheduled for delivery for tomorrow (1/9) and now they just freaking canceled my order an hour ago?! I don’t know who does that? I loved Tous Les Jours, and I don’t know if it’s the specific Allston store, but you guys suck! I’ll have to get a last minute grocery store cake or no cake at all because I don’t have time to plan the cake situation for someone’s birthday at their birthday tomorrow. This is actually ridiculous.

I recently placed an order through Chowbus Direct for 5 random breads at Tous Les Jours Allston. After receiving an order confirmation with my order number and an estimated completion time, I arrived at the store to pick it up. Unfortunately, the cashiers handled the situation poorly. Instead of resolving the issue smoothly, his approach came off as dismissive and unhelpful.
To make matters worse, I decided to purchase some additional breads, including a donut, while I was there. The cashier aggressively packed the items, which ended up deforming the donut. This lack of care and attentiveness was frustrating.
Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I hope they improve their customer service and handling in the future.
