Opened late today and very little product out. Employees are not hustling at all to fill up EMPTY bins and when asked about lack of items they are RUDE. I asked if there was a coffee menu since their screens weren't displaying anything and the rude man said latte and coffee. AWFUL service to everyone that came in. Clearly no idea how to run a restaurant and ZERO sense of customer service. Do no recommend at all. Other locations have been stellar but avoid this one.

I bought $150 worth of products and they did not even get me a bag. They need to change the cashier. The guy even did not smile and took 20 minutes to get me all orders.. This is not a restaurant. This is a bakery. Everything is premade and should be done easily and fast.. it took them almost 10 minutes to make just one latte and one ice Americano. This guy doesn’t even wanna work. They need to change the guy back to some other people not this guy.

The atmosphere is a bit dark, but has a wide range of seats to sit and study at. There is a lot of selections to choose from, and the staff are pretty friendly when checking out and making any specific drink orders.
I usually get a range of cakes and pastries from here, such as chocolate croissants. The cakes are made in a more Asian style, with more cream and fruit based options. For the price it is a decent size, and they do offer full sized cakes for birthdays or other occasions. The pastries are pretty good, with a range of sausage rolls or dessert goods.
The driest cake I’ve ever experienced. Really disappointing. The staff was super nice though

Sending someone a substitute with nuts without calling to ask whether they have a food allergy is just bad for business! I placed an Uber Eats order tonight not long before closing. The order was for 2 cream cheese pastry and 1 vanilla donut. The vanilla donut was for my friend and I ordered the cream cheese pasties for myself. They sold out of the cream cheese pastry, so they put in one substitute item that I was not able to eat because I'm allergic to nuts. I ordered 3 items but only got two items delivered. They put a note in the bag stating that they were out of cream cheese pasty. Uber refunded me for the pastry, but I ended up having to pay $9 to have a donut delivered and nothing for myself. Just crazy. Do better.
Probably a bad idea to order from them off of Uber
