Hot chocolate without the chocolate? That’s what this felt like. It tasted more like warm milk, so I genuinely thought something was missing. When I asked the girl at the store who made it, she said, “That’s how it’s made,” as if I’ve never had hot chocolate before. She did remake it for me, but the second cup wasn’t much better—just a bit of extra chocolate syrup added this time. Not terrible, just very underwhelming. Might work for someone who likes extremely mild cocoa, but disappointing for a hot-chocolate lover.

There overuse of cloud cakes is disappointing. They use too much frosting and it tasted artificial and overly sweet. The presentation is the best part but low marks on actual taste -meh.

Tous les Jours is such a great bakery with so many sweet and savory options. They also have really great drinks. I love coming here to get a snack and study or read.

Opened late today and very little product out. Employees are not hustling at all to fill up EMPTY bins and when asked about lack of items they are RUDE. I asked if there was a coffee menu since their screens weren't displaying anything and the rude man said latte and coffee. AWFUL service to everyone that came in. Clearly no idea how to run a restaurant and ZERO sense of customer service. Do no recommend at all. Other locations have been stellar but avoid this one.
