this is the WORST location they have and it’s the staff that make this location horrible! They do not thoroughly make your smoothie, they do not CHARGE you correctly, and the smoothies here are just genuinely nasty and watery more times than not.

This is by far the worst tropical smoothie location in MA. The smoothies are watered down and at this specific location the prices are more expensive due to being 5 minutes away from Fenway. I love tropical smoothie as a company but the recipes used at this location are vastly different then other locations outside the city and in return makes the quality terrible

It pains me to write this review because I've enjoyed the smoothies at other tropical smoothie cafe locations. But the ones I had here were just... bad. It was a poorly mixed concoction of mostly ice that ran me 10 bucks. Service was fine, smoothies were not. It wouldn't shock me if they weren't precisely following corporate recipes given how different the (same) smoothies tasted at different locations.

Tropical smoothie cafe on Boylston st Boston is the best location! Each time I go i have a great experience the employees there are very kind and professional especially Colin he has gone above and beyond to guarantee my satisfaction every time I’ve been and trust me I can be picky his kindness and patience is everything he makes the best smoothies and know exactly what to recommend to customer after asking the right questions

Ordered via DoorDash today around 7:40pm. Sad to rate this a 1 star but my turkey bacon ranch sandwich was everything but good. my $15 sandwich was made with 2 strips of microwaved cold bacon and smashed ciabatta that looked more like a hamburger bun. I haven’t had tropical smoothie in years, but saw it on DoorDash tonight and wanted to order. I was ALSO Missing a bag of chips (I ordered an extra) AND the chips I received were the wrong kind. I probably will a few more years before trying again.
alright. it pains me to leave a bad review, because the workers are so kind and courteous, and i don't want to hurt their feelings or endanger their jobs. but this place is an UTTER rip-off -- you will be cheated by whatever company police forces them to make your smoothies be essentially water.
my smoothie still tastes vaguely like lacroix after i asked them to remake it (it was like 90% ice -- i saw how they were making all the orders!) - you're paying $10 to drink ice. the southwest wrap is like, basically the size of a cheesy rollup from taco bell. all of this for $15 - totally miserable.
and for some reason, they had doordash orders piled up but none of the kitchen staff in the back were working until i walked into the store?? it was almost like they're on stage performing a play, and only leap to attention if a curious audience member comes in to observe? i was the only customer in the store for 5 mins before it got busier, and my food order still took 15 minutes to make 🥴?
