We had a fantastic experience at Lazuri Café in Allston! On a chilly day, the staff made sure our group of four could sit away from the draft. Our server, Zulal, was wonderfully informative and patient. We ordered lahmacun, iskender, and döner—each one delicious. Instead of sodas, she suggested we try homemade ayran, a yogurt drink, and it was a treat—it had that unmistakable homemade yogurt taste, so different from store-bought versions. Highly recommend the lamb chop. The portion is generous and it comes with multiple sides, including two different kinds of rice, which makes it feel like a great value. The food is consistently good, and the service is always friendly and attentive. We order the lamb chop every time and it never disappoints.
