This place has good chicken tenders - I live down the street so I don’t know what the delivery situation is like. Sounds like they use partners like Uber Eats and it hasn’t been working out great for other people based on other reviews. As for this place not being a real restaurant - it is, sort of. These tenders are made in the Rock Bottom kitchen (you can check the Google maps and compare addresses). In fact you can find the same exact tenders at Rock Bottom on their menu. Looks like they just rebranded just the chicken part of their menu to sell.Either way, here’s what to know:- no, there isn’t a separate “Twisted Tenders storefront). But you can eat in if you’d like at Rock Bottom- yes, the chicken does taste good- I’d recommend going to pick it up rather than delivery purely based on experience of others.

After several minor mishaps (missing sauces, sauces dumped in the container, soggy food), tonight was the icing on the cake. After waiting over an hour, I was called by the delivery service to let me know that they gave my food to the wrong driver, so they were cancelling the order. Too many mistakes out of this place to ever order again. That is unfortunate, because they have good food.

The tenders were overcooked and tasted like old grease. The waffle fries were undercooked and the coleslaw didn’t have any dressing…. It was just plain chopped cabbage. Definitely a disappointing experience, I will not be back.

absolutely awful. their description makes me laugh as this was the worst place i’ve ever ordered from. chicken tenders were soggy and tiny and the fries were freezer burnt and undercooked and there was a random chunk of something burnt mixed in with my food. gotta say the honey mustard is fire but that’s all

Not a real restaurant, catering place that lets your order sit in Uber eats for 15 minutes and then cancels it.

Accepts orders online and then marks them complete without delivering. Some kind of scam.

Ordered online and got only 1 of the 5 sauces that was supposed to come with the order. With how expensive it is you'd think they could get the cheap part of it right.
