Underdog was not really packed on Monday evening as it seemed like more people ordered take-out or delivery. I got the combo#1 with French fries and got medium as the spice level. I did not wait too long before it was ready. The sandwich was spicy, but not to the point where it was overwhelming. The fries were not bad, although I wish it tasted slightly less oily. I am glad they provided gloves as the process of eating this sandwich was really messy. The chicken tenders are breaded nicely, and each bite is quite crispy. The tenders are decently sized, so you get quite a bit of meat in each bite. The kaleslaw was not overwhelming and went well with the sandwich. I think they add a bit too many pickles to this sandwich, but if you are a fan of them, then you are in for a treat. I wish the bun was better quality as it falls apart way too fast while eating. Overall, I think it is alright if you want a decent chicken sandwich as it leaves me satisfied, but it is hard to justify its increasing prices so I would not come back that often.

This food was good! I love how they get you gloves so you don't get messy. The sandwich and fries were booked to perfection.

I got the combo #3. I took my first bite, and that was all I needed to know this was gonna be some gas. The crunch in this chicken sounds like straight out of a cartoon. The seasoning was on point (I got mild, don't like when the heat overwhelms the flavor) The chicken was perfectly juicy on the inside, and the price is dope. It was bussin' reminds me of my trip to Nashville. Doesn't get better than this in my personal opinion especially around Boston. Huge shoutout to underdog, they made my night.

Favorite takeaway spot for fried chicken in Boston. The fried chicken sandwich is our go to. Buttered bun, great flavor and perfectly crispy, slaw is a nice touch too, and always order it hot. Have also had the fried oreos a few times and really enjoy them.

One of if not the best hot chicken tenders I’ve had! Goes toe to toe with Hattie Bs. Nothing I’ve tried in New England comes close!

Such an AWESOME chicken spot, probably the best we’ve had! We made the trip down on st Patrick’s day and watched them handle the rush and also get our meals out in a timely manner. Seems like they get a lot of online orders and they get them out equally as

Flavors - 4/5 Textures - 4.5/5 Presentation - 4/5 Value for Money - 4.2/5 Would return? Yes First impressions? This sandwich is no joke--it's hefty and it slaps just by the looks of it. I opted for their fried chicken sandwich at a Medium heat level. Classic Nashville hot chicken flavors shine through, though the Medium heat level leaned towards the mild side. The chicken itself was crispy, with a thin batter that held its ground, though it verged on the dry side. The size of the sandwich throws off the proportions, making it a bit tricky to get that perfect bite with everything. The pickles are the secret sauce here--they tie it all together beautifully.

My favorite fried chicken place hands down. Very affordable especially for the amount and quality of food you get. I always get the chicken on a Hot level, but I like spice so that could be a preference thing. The cajun fries are also a must! The service is always very very friendly.

This is some of the better fried chicken that I've had in the Boston area. I ordered the combo that came with wings and drumsticks. Despite this being a delivery order that annoyingly took more than an hour in transit, the chicken was still crispy and the sauce that was on it was absolutely delicious. It had some spice and a little bit of sweetness. The dipping sauce that it comes with is pretty good too, but the chicken really doesn't need it. The macaroni and cheese is far from spectacular, but it's not terrible either. One of the more amusing aspects is that they give you a pair of plastic gloves to wear when you eat your chicken. It seemed odd at first, but eating a bunch of fried wings and drumsticks with your hands is kind of messy... so, it cuts down on the number of times that you need to wash your hands. An odd but nice touch. The chicken is worth the price of admission. At some point, I'll try their tenders or a sandwich. If I lived closer to this place, I would probably eat there way too much.

Does anyone remember that commercial with the raccoon that's digging through a dumpster and finds a whole bunch of stuff to make a concoction of a good meal? This place reminds me of that and I guarantee that I will not be revisiting this establishment.

It is a very good place for hamburger and fired chicken! The amount is large enough for your big stomach, favourable and fresh. Also, a very thoughtful idea they offer you a pair of plastic gloves to keep your hands clean! ?
