Me and my grandmother order from this place once a week sometimes twice a week and for the guy to take my order and tell my grandmother, he’s tired of her canceling her order and she then explains to him. That’s never been her. She never had Any problems with them that’s why she’s always ordering from them. The man then goes to say that’s not the point whoever you are I hope God makes you feel how you made my grandmother feel.

I’m 43 years old don’t remember when I began eating and supporting Upham’s pizza. I don’t care where my location is I will go to the end of the world to get the pizza. However, the service is so bad and they are so rude that I WILL no longer support them. I called to order pizza for my BOSTON public school students - and the headache I gained after… bro yall not worth it!!! Ever since yall burned it down and claimed insurance yall SUCK!!! the sad part is WE PUSS’CONA made yall!!! Yall need customer service training!!!

Food is pretty gross. The selfish, lazy owners are against making Columbia road safer. They value their illegally parked delivery vehicles over bus lanes that will make the area safer and more efficient.

Considering the amount of money we paid: 1. They served the pizza to us without reheating it (and we were in the restaurant) 2. The buffalo wedges were overloaded with hot sauce. 3. The beef teriyaki wrap was okay. The meat was okay but it was also loaded with sauce 4. The cheese cake tastes like plastic and metal. We had the strawberry cheese cake. 5. The service wasn’t great. I tried asking for a fork in English. Then I had to ask in Spanish. Then I had to yell in Spanish just to get a fork. I can’t imagine if I had to ask for more.
But considering that it was 1030 at night and most other places were closed, I guess you just have to accept what is available. I wouldn’t say it was the worst I’ve had but I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone I know.
