I have been ordering from this establishment for about the past 3 months and the food is next level excellent! \nOK yesterday, I ordered broccoli just with a little garlic no sauce, an it was blached and frim perfectly with the hint of garlic that makes this dish ideal. \nI ordered the salt and pepper tofu, which is sliced tofu fried with a small shrimp placed on top. Amazing with all the scallions, shallots and hotpeppers. Then the fried rice large was the size of maybe 8 cups...
I first came to Victoria's seafood some 20 years ago when I moved to Boston and started my career. 20 years later. This place is still one of my favorite for its authentic Chinese food, specifically Cantonese food. It has a few hidden items on the menu that you have to order a day before when you make your reservation. Otherwise, they don't really have enough time to make it for you. That which means, these things are not pre-made, stuck in the freezer and microwaved...
Dad picked out this new restaurant for us, and he found a keeper! The place was full a Chinese families celebrating a nice summer weekend, and we celebrated the excellent food with them. The spinach with a crabmeat sauce was the best entree, lots of fresh spinach and a nice sauce. Hubby chose a very tasty orange shrimp with lovely broccoli on the side.
