The food is great and the atmosphere is amazing. Whatever you're paying Lynne, IT'S NOT ENOUGH! She's always bustling, running back and forth, keeping busy, and yet still finds the time to give quality service to each person she speaks to. She was great!

Had a pick up order. Left out our French toast and extra bacon from our order. Ordered ~$40 worth of food and got maybe ~$20-25 of it. Server not even check the bag and I could not as I was in a rush. Food tastes good but customer care is not.

Place is way too expensive for the quality. Food is plain. Servers aren't very nice. All while watching junkys pass by or stand there folded in half. So many better places to go that have better food at a better price, with more personable servers.

It was extremely perfect, I traveled from Brazil to the USA and one of my biggest desires was to eat at Victoria's, the space is beautiful, it looks like something out of an old movie, we were served by a recently hired guy, he was super kind and helpful, but not I couldn't help but notice the service provided by the waitress Carol, who has worked there for many years, I found her very sweet and I simply loved the fact that she still writes down orders on paper, they should all be like this, it makes the experience even more traditional! When I return to Boston, I will have coffee there again! ❤️
Victoria's has the best corned beef hash I've ever had in a diner. This is a great spot for a quick and easy meal. Pretty affordable for Boston standards.

Great little retro style diner. Pancakes, waffles, and potato hash were to die for. So many topping options for the pancakes/waffles, too! I'd say the breakfast foods are definitely elevated from your traditional diner fare. Unfortunately, the sauce on my eggs Benedict was split, but I'd go back for those waffles, if nothing else. Staff was super friendly, great atmosphere. Only unfortunate thing is they open early and they close super early, I think around 1 or 2 p.m.
