Place is a scam. They had an app where you could load money onto your account and get a discounted rate. Well, they decided to decommission that app, removed it as a download from the App Store and now hold the remaining unused funds and refuse to refund. Many better options to park around Boston other than here. Stay clear.

Double charges if you book through third party provider.

The Truth

Great Parking Garage, But Wow… That Price!

This parking garage does exactly what you’d expect—it gives you a place to park your car. The spaces are clearly marked, the layout makes sense, and finding a spot is pretty easy. No surprises there!

The best part? It keeps your car dry when it rains and cool when it’s hot. No worrying about coming back to a scorching seat in the summer or a soaking wet car during a downpour. It’s a simple but major plus.

The staff is also friendly and actually talks to you—none of that cold, robotic service. If you have a question or just feel like chatting, they’ll respond like actual humans, which is always nice.

There are stairs and an elevator, but just for people—not for your car (because that would be ridiculous). Still, it’s great that you don’t have to trek up several flights if you don’t want to.

Now, let’s talk about the big downside—the price. After checking rates at several nearby garages, this one is significantly more expensive, sometimes by as much as 30-40% higher than comparable options within a few blocks. While it does offer a clean and well-maintained space, there’s nothing particularly special to justify the markup. If convenience and weather protection are your top priorities, you might find the cost worth it—but if you’re looking for value, you can find similar parking for much less just a short walk away.

Overall, if you don’t mind the steep price, this is a solid, well-kept parking garage. It does the job, keeps your car safe from the weather, and offers a smooth experience.

Attendants very helpful

Scam! Watch out for double charges. They take advantage of people who pay at the front desk and then the ticket meter on the way out is “broken” and they charge again.

The parking layout is Horrible and prices are extremely over priced

This parking lot is basically a fraud for EVs. They will start charge a ridiculous price all of a sudden in the middle of a session (while still actively charging, not idle). You park there and setup the charging, suddenly you get a message after a while saying that the charging rate is about to increase (from zero to $2.15/hr). We already paid for 10 hours to the lot, so this is extra. So we have to run back interrupting our activities, and by that time we pay a big chunk already. Frauds. Avoid charging here.

Attendants are particularly rude to customers when the garage's ticket payment apparatus does not work...and more often than not, it is not working.

Don't park here. They will overcharge you and then not help with nothing

Brooks Smith

One of the cheapest overnight parking options in Boston downtown. Easy to drive inside.

The parking lot is a little tight but that's not the bad thing. $37 for an hour and a half is excessive and abusive and I paid when entering and when leaving they almost wouldn't let me leave and they wanted to charge me again I paid with my credit card and they I was asking for a receipt, thank goodness the expenses appear on the cell phone because otherwise I would have had to pay again and the staff were very rude and ill-mannered.
