On our Wednesday Night Culinary 🧑‍🍳 Travels we ended up in Roslindale Village at The Village Sushi & Grill🥢. We sat outside on the Patio and were Greeted by our Waitress who was Welcoming and Helpful with Menu choices. She took our Drink and Appetizer orders for the 😋Tempura Starter, 😋Chicken on Skewer, 😋Don Shumai (deep fried), 😋Scallion Pancake, Sushi Starter, 😋Miso Soup,😋 Unagi (Eel) Sushi and an Entree of Bui-Go-Ki 😋. Everything was 😋 Delicious and Tasty. 😋 The Drinks were Ice Cold 🍷🍻. The Service was Excellent 👍.
Highly Recommend Village Sushi & Grill . ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Of course Roslindale continues with its tradition of having some of the best little restaurants; hidden away… this place has good food, a nice cozy atmosphere, and is perfect for families and friends.

This is a neighborhood gem. I've been going here for lunch for over 10years and usually get their lunch boxes. The food is consistently great. I would recommend.

What a fantastic little sushi spot. I've lived all over Cambridge, Brookline and the South End and no sushi spot can compare to this one. Joe, the owner, is super friendly. Sushi is REALLY good here, fresh and delicious. Most of the bad reviews here are for non-sushi items. If you stick to the sushi, this place is a gem. They are also amazing about allergies. Highly recommend!

The sushi was average nothing special but not bad. Also the wait time was long it took about 45 mins for take out order but it was Friday night.

Sashimi deluxe (22 pieces and rice) for pick-up. I wasn't texted when it was ready as mentioned on their site. Half of the pieces were smaller than other restaurants'. Mostly tasteless / bland / felt water-injected. Got 21 pieces plus two imitation crabmeat pieces (not requested). Wrote in order comment not to have chopsticks / napkins as part of my packaging but got them anyways (recommend you call if you write about an allergy). $45 with tip for disappointment.

I came in starving and had to make it to an event nearby on time. Mariana had me in and out, and the food was excellent!

My favorite lunch spot. Whenever people visit me I take them there. It is not only an excellent price it's also delicious. They never fail.

This is a very solid local restaurant. The sushi is good and the real pleasant surprise is how strong the Korean selections are. Not a giant selection of alcohol but enough to tame the fire of some of the excellent spicy Korean bowls.
