Circumstances brought us to Logan airport on Thanksgiving so we had dinner at the harborside hotel. Worst food ever. The turkey was reheated so extremely dry and gamey. Vegetables were overcooked with green beans inedible. Lights needed to be lowered for some semblance of ambience. Best part, our server was pleasant and attentive, somewhat making up for the ghastly food.
We came in to have dinner with our family from Boston. The food was very disappointing, normally hotel restaurants are delicious. The service was slow at first but she came around. Beautiful view but overall the food was poor.
Really liked the mac and cheese and the fish and chips. Our server, Deyanira, was a delight! Thank you!

We ate dinner on the patio. Our server Grave was excellent! Friendly and informative. The food was excellent. The fish was cooked perfectly and the clam chowder was creamy and thick with delicious flavor and no sand.
What a great spot. Stayed for a night before an early flight. Amazing views sitting outside on a beautiful night. Food was very good and service was outstanding.
Great location. Food and service were good but not amazing. We went for breakfast/brunch on Labor Day at 10:15am - important note is that you can't order off breakfast menu past 10:30am - unfortunate because a few members of our party arrived at 10:30am and couldn't order breakfast. Fortunately, the breakfast buffet was open until 11:00am. Standard hotel breakfast buffet.
I had requested outdoor dining. When we arrived, the hostess attempted to seat us indoors. When I told her we requested outdoors, she did sit us there. We purchased the mussels appetizer for $20 and there were only maybe 8 mussels in the order. Ver disappointed. The other items we ordered (a hamburger and salad) were fine.
Good food and ambience, except for Carlos who is selective on whom he serves . Not good to us
The Harborside Grill was a great meeting place to hang before heading to the airport. Nice food. Beautiful view of Boston Skyline. Parking validation. Definite thumbs up!
Had a group of 8 meeting for brunch before some in the group's afternoon flight out of Logan. Honestly, our expectations were not high, but we were thoroughly pleased. I had already known about the incredible view of Boston, but Dee and the rest of the staff were attentive, accommodating and very pleasant. Food was very good and priced reasonably. This is a hidden gem!

The menu is small and the servers don't know everything about it. I feel like with a small menu you should know everything and you should never tell the customer you don't know and that is why I gave it only two stars

The pizza was fresh and tasted homemade and not oily slop like you'd get at a chain, and the server was super sweet.

One does not expect much in an airport terminal, but the food was so bad it felt like a gratuitous insult, sort of we know you don’t have much choice so we are going to serve you garbage. Service was pleasant, felt sorry for them working in such a place.

Best lobster roll ever, steak was a little tough. Burgers were excellent. Prices a bit high. View of Boston at night from across the harbor was unforgettable.
