After initially ignoring me, I was eventually helped by someone who decided he wanted to give me something I don't eat (black beans), and then proceeded to argue with me when I told him I wanted pinto beans (the menu clearly says we have a choice). After I insisted, he took the black beans off the plate and added the pinto beans.

The Franklin St location has one of the best steak burritos I have had in a very long time. The service was very fast & extremely polite. I will definitely come back.
