their popcorn chicken is always perfectly crispy and flavorful. fresh made to order. makes sense why they've laste so long as a cafe. hits the spot for late night bites and boba.
One of my favorite places to order. Salt and pepper chicken is phenomenal (I don’t find their other flavors strong enough) love the unique boba flavors and that you can change the amount of sugar. They’re never stingy on the ramen. And the waffle dessert is my favorite (I just get the original as I’m worried about spending the money on the flavored) and my dad loves the strawberry crepe cake.
when a mango tea doesn't taste like mango and the vivi tea is terrible. Just avoid if you can.
pretty good
Bubble tea is so good but their machines only take a couple of cards. Other than that the wait time is very fast.
I used the kiosk to order. It was not busy when I went in so I had to browse the menu. I ordered a Yakult Green tea with boba at 0% sugar, curry fish balls and a bubble waffle with pork slaw. The drink tasted good, the curry sauce was a little stick compared to the one I used to have in HK. The Egg Waffle came out soggy, I wish it would have a crunch to it. The place is clean and has a fun vibe.
If you order the crepe cake slice for delivery it will be tiny and frozen solid. For $7.50. Ubereats wouldn’t give me a refund but there is no world in which someone would say this is worth $7.50 lol.
Bic for scale
There was an inedible foreign object inside the boba pearls of the milk tea (it was hard and looked like a piece of wood). I reported this through the order page on Vivi’s website.
I initially thought they didn’t reply after 3 days. However, after Vivi responded to my Google review, I checked my email again and noticed that their reply had gone to my spam folder. They also issued a partial refund.
Friendly staff, good tea
Yummy but pricey

I like how this location is open late. I can grab a tea after a local band show or performance in the area. 🧋
Popped in for a quick bite before a show at the Boch, and was very surprised! The chicken was delicious and incredibly cooked. The Boba wasn't my favorite, but they had a wide variety of toppings and flavors.
Simple thing. Grabbing a Boba tea. Some people call it bubble tea. Whatever you label it, it's a fun drink with a lot of choices. They do a great job here. You order at a kiosk. It's nice not having to sound out all the little things you want that will make your drink special for you.
Arianna superstar friendly professional and everyone is nice and professional here
High quality tea! And yummy food options, I like the eel bowl.
I made a specific note to myself that their green tea / matcha tastes more delicious than others. Fairly convenient location also, with stations to order and customize the tea options yourself.
