There’s 4 staff here and no customers and somehow they still forgot about my order. I waited 10 minutes then staff asked “what are you waiting for?” and I had to show them my receipt before they started making it. Disappointing.
Ordered two of the same drinks - Brown Sugar Milk Tea, Took 20 minutes and tasted like regular milk tea - not brown sugar.
I have had the Vivi's Bubble Tea in Quincy Market, it was alright so I figured going on Tremont would not be so bad. Avoid at all cost - there are better places in the area.
I would understand if it was busy and low staffed, they seemed to have enough workers. As we only ordered two of the same drink, we expected the wait time to be about 5-10 minutes. Orders from the kitchen for people who ordered after us, came out first before our drinks, which is absurd to me.
Wasted my money and time.
Spent $40 on 1 bubble tea and 3 ice creams…it took 25min to make…they also wouldn’t give my 8yr old a cup for tap water and insisted we had to buy bottled water (after having spent $40 on our order)…the bubble tea was mediocre and the ice cream was overpriced crap…0 out of 10 would not recommend to my worst enemy
Good, authentic boba.
So good! I had the flaming brown sugar milk tea and it was delish. I could only get it in one size though and it was way too much for me.

The clerk had a bad attitude. I ordered in English with a female clerk and asked for curly fries. Maybe it was because I couldn’t hear clearly. After ordering, she complained to the male clerk next door that I didn’t pronounce it correctly and said that I said curly fries as curly flower. LOL Do you think I can’t understand English? Do you think Big Brother or Big Sister is discriminating against me? The funniest thing is that the two clerks stood at the front desk and said that they were too loud. If there weren't so many people, I would have scolded them back. I just want to ask the clerks in the store if this is the attitude? Anyway, I will never go there again. I thought it tasted delicious when I read it online, but I didn’t expect to come here. It’s really ex.
Tasty mango yakult and Taiwanese curry popcorn chicken.

I was at Tremont St, next to the theaters 9pm
1) Excessively long waiting times
2) cashiers inadequate service of customers.
I ordered egg puffs and i was served after two other people behind me were served. That ticked me off. I went up to the manager to ask about my order, and they haven’t even started.
I also ordered a drink and was not advised that it did not come with bubbles. I understand not every drink comes with bubbles. However, I think the cashiers can do a better job disclosing that, so I can happily pay, give tip, and not be disappointed afterwards.

I ordered a brown sugar milk boba tea. The tea and the boba were both really good, but the jelly was enormous and generally not very good. I have ordered this drink twice and it happened both times, so it wasn’t a fluke.
I ordered a Thai Boba and it was sooo good 10/10
