The experience was horrible. We were seated and the bench had someone else’s sauce all over it ruining my son’s pants. Waitress was horrible. More concerned about hanging out with staff than getting our order right. After asking for my drink from another waitress I finally got it. My wife’s food was wrong and never addressed they just switched waitresses. My son’s pants are now ruined . Will never go back.

I visited the one at prudential. Poor services, poor than some food court. Salmon teriyaki is salty and to sweet. The shirodashi pork is fine if you had good ramen before don’t try it.the bamboo is smell strong they might not clean well. If you like spicy and wanted hot sauces ,chilies oil or hot sauce you might not get it because I asked twice but I didn’t get it.no one gonna come and asking you how is foods or you need something else Sorry not recommended and I will not...read full review
