I have ordered food and I had to wait for more than 30 minutes. The other table which ordered later than me and they got the food before me. Since their table had 4-5 people and mine had only two, I am very upset about this, I had to wait with my hungriness and it is not great for me and my friend.

I have been here multiple times over the past few years and I have to say it’s pretty great. I usually get around the same thing which is the chili shrimp and kimchi ramen and chicken gyoza with edamame. I have to say you can tell when different chefs make the food because the taste is never the same each time. I went today and my food wasn’t as good as it was my last visit earlier this week. I did find a little piece of aluminum in my food but it really wasn’t a big deal. They offered to give me a new meal which was really nice. Axel is a great server! The manager there Daniel Muforo was very nice and he makes that place run like a well oiled machine. I will continue going here because it’s very convenient, the food usually comes out after 10-15 minutes of ordering and they are very accommodating to any extra things you might need. Please go here if you need a quick and relatively cheap lunch!!!

The restaurant is very family unfriendly, not a good option if you have a toddler. The restaurant was at <50% capacity and still, they would not allow us to keep the stroller with 1yo sleeping in it, even though there was plenty of room out of any passage, and all the tables around are empty. And they said the rules wouldn’t allow it, and they would have to take the stroller to the back.
We ended up leaving with such poor service accommodating families, would not recommend for any families.

Ordered a vegan ramen and it had meat in it which I didn’t discover until halfway through. I appreciated the staff quickly taking it off our bill but that was an unwelcome surprise and definitely messed up my stomach.

I definitely enjoyed a hot bowl of ramen on a cold day.
It's great to see this chain in the US, but it doesn't quite compare to the experience in London. However, I will come back on a future Boston visit.

Airy open space has booths and long tables that you share with other guests. Energetic vibe, often Long lines.
Favorite used to be shrimp firecrackers but seems shrimp topping is no longer available. Chicken firecracker $22 fiery and mouth full of flavors. Chicken, snow peas, bell peppers, onions, scallions , chilie and white rice.
Nice spot for quick bite next to Saks.

Parking: Flat fee $20 after 5pm with validated parking ticket

Spicy chicken broth with ramen was interesting but nothing crazy. The chicken breast in it was mid at best. The nourish-mint (apple/lemon/mint) drink was spectacular and highlight of the meal. My friend noted the tapioca boba in their milktea was too hard.

So excited to find a Wagamama in Boston! Great place for vegetarian options with lots of flavor ? A little hard to find inside the Prudential center, but well worth searching for!!

Ramen and gyoza were cold and lacking flavor. Service was poor. Music was too loud.

The place is nice and lot is seating and one can find it tempting given the open kitchen and diners all around on tables. As a vegetarian it could be a bit struggle but then menu has straight few options which can be ordered and one can also request chef to understand one’s diet and request to prepare accordingly. For eg: if one is not happy about tofu or mushrooms they can make dish without it. The soup bowl was great to have and can be added with some condiments to suit one’s pallete. The best part was to have a big wooden spoon with which one can consume soup. Overall, well prepared food and taken care.

Vegetarian options: The head server was very understanding and he took our order for vegetarian with proper diet requirement so check out with them

Apps and entrees come whenever they're ready. It would have been nice for the server to have told us. One dish (an entree) was delivered about 15 minutes after the rest. The food was all really salty. I'd pass.
