The food is consistently good, as well as the service! It was ideal for a 1-hour working lunch.
The food was very spicy for my guests, not a lot meat quantity in the plate, most carbs, like rice or noodles. Appetizers was a small or very small quantity for the price. The drinks was also very expensive and in small amounts. Paid high price to sit at a community table. No thank you!! Last time!! Pad Thai was noodles only and no chicken.
I had to wait 30 min for my order, and it was wrong so I had to wait 10 min more when I got my order everybody in the table has been done.
Started with the pork belly bao and pork gyoza. Enjoyed both of them. Found the bao to be a bit expensive for the serving size as they didn't have much pork belly. Also tried the chicken firecracker. I enjoyed the taste but again the portion size was lacking for the price ($20). Large white rice in the center with a small entree around the outside. Barely any chicken and some mixed veggies. I enjoyed the spice but wouldn't get it again.
If you're in a hurry this is a good place for ramen, bun tacos etc. It's consistent each time we come which is the most important thing. They do a good job
Great location in the Prudential Center. Kids love eating here. Got a fresh juice which was yummy. Ordered the curry chicken and pad Thai. Food arrived fast. Waitress worked hard to get orders in but we experienced long wait time for dishes to be cleared and getting our check. We will come again since the kids really enjoy eating here and everyone can find something on the menu.
Japanese-style food a (small) step up from fast food. Good for a quick experience. Definitely not a place to relax and dine. Noodles had obviously been sitting around although that did allow for quick service. I was surprised menu was not more extensive. Nice selection of alcoholic drinks, but no American-style coffee!
The service is quick and super sweet people + environment as well. The food is so tender, amazing, and juicy. I recommend coming here after an all day and relaxing to eat some nice Asian food. The smoothies are the best as well. I got the bao, Korean fried chicken favor, and it has the best amount of spice and texture to it. My server was super great her name was Stephanie, she was so welcoming and sweet, I will be coming back here trust.

The service is incredible, and you get a good and nutritious meal. Something for everyone, and their kids menu is a lifesaver for the picky kids in the group (they will also sell it for grown ups when you bring your picky friends along).
I have plenty of favorites, their spicy ramen, their firecracker, their giozas.

After seating for a while we had to call our server over for service and water. The food was okay.

My wife and I ate here during our visit to the Prudential center and were happy to find such a great restaurant serving Asian cuisine. We both had ramen to eat and the flavor was fantastic. The service was alright, we definitely were left wait for refills and the food took a little longer than one would expect for how slow they were when we got they. The atmosphere was great a but a little too dark for my liking.

1. They served the chocolate cake with ice cream BEFORE the entree. Ice cream melts ok? I told the server about it. She just said, I told you food comes at different time.
2. It took a lifetime to get a glass of water and a check. Tired of asking the servers multiple times for a check.
3. Just overpriced Asian-y food. Chicken from chicken ramen is dry as a jerky.
4. Recommend if you enjoy wasting your money and time

I had such a wonderful experience thanks to Daniel Muforo, the host and general manager at Wagamama. His upbeat, positive energy is absolutely contagious — you can’t help but feel welcomed the moment you walk in. Daniel has a rare ability to make every guest feel seen and appreciated, and his enthusiasm sets the tone for the entire restaurant. It’s clear he truly enjoys what he does, and it elevates the whole dining experience. Wagamama is lucky to have him!
