Really enjoyed my meal had the beef bull doggy with noodles and the bow buns. I did get the bang bang cauliflower. It was just OK needs to be more crispy.
Yakisoba was specially good! Have been to other Wagamama in Madri and London and they never disappoint!!

I went there with my husband and Stephanie served us. We got the tuna nachos per her recommendation and it was amazing! The taste is incredible and she is an amazing server. Would be definitely going back just to get her again!

I haven’t’t been to wagamama in a long time. Had my favorite pork bao and the spicy pork ramen, our server Stephanie was very nice and attentive. Definitely coming back 😋

Great food and all arrived quickly. Entered came first then apps but that's fine. Bao buns with pork and apple were the best. Tuna and veg rice bowl was spectacular but I'd prefer sauce on the side. Great experience!
Inexperienced and inattentive wait staff made the dining experience poor. Consistently asking for refills or even plates to place our appetizers shouldn't have been an issue with a reputable establishment. Definitely re-training the staff with the customary introduction of themselves to the customer should be the first issue to be addressed.
Service wasn't great. Several people stopped by and asked about our orders. Seems like the first lady didn't put them in. It took awhile for anyone to stop by our table. Then we had to ask if we could get our drinks because it had been awhile since we ordered them (regular sodas). Food came out at weird times. One entree came out like 15 minutes before the other. Asked twice about our appetizer. It came out after both entrees. Food was good though

I have ordered food and I had to wait for more than 30 minutes. The other table which ordered later than me and they got the food before me. Since their table had 4-5 people and mine had only two, I am very upset about this, I had to wait with my hungriness and it is not great for me and my friend.

I have been here multiple times over the past few years and I have to say it’s pretty great. I usually get around the same thing which is the chili shrimp and kimchi ramen and chicken gyoza with edamame. I have to say you can tell when different chefs make the food because the taste is never the same each time. I went today and my food wasn’t as good as it was my last visit earlier this week. I did find a little piece of aluminum in my food but it really wasn’t a big deal. They offered to give me a new meal which was really nice. Axel is a great server! The manager there Daniel Muforo was very nice and he makes that place run like a well oiled machine. I will continue going here because it’s very convenient, the food usually comes out after 10-15 minutes of ordering and they are very accommodating to any extra things you might need. Please go here if you need a quick and relatively cheap lunch!!!

The restaurant is very family unfriendly, not a good option if you have a toddler. The restaurant was at <50% capacity and still, they would not allow us to keep the stroller with 1yo sleeping in it, even though there was plenty of room out of any passage, and all the tables around are empty. And they said the rules wouldn’t allow it, and they would have to take the stroller to the back.
We ended up leaving with such poor service accommodating families, would not recommend for any families.

Ordered a vegan ramen and it had meat in it which I didn’t discover until halfway through. I appreciated the staff quickly taking it off our bill but that was an unwelcome surprise and definitely messed up my stomach.
I definitely enjoyed a hot bowl of ramen on a cold day.
It's great to see this chain in the US, but it doesn't quite compare to the experience in London. However, I will come back on a future Boston visit.
